Hi! How could I change the home page slider size? Thanks!

Hi! I’m trying to create a page showing some of my recent work, using the portfolio2 shortcode. This is how the page looks like: http://grafires.com/?page_id=124

I have two questions: 1. How can I get rid of the dark grey rectangle (under the page title)? I didn’t enter a page description, so it shouldn’t be there. 2. How can I modify the headline “RECENT PORTFOLIOS”? I did NOT enter that text anywhere. The set is called Recent work, so I have no idea how these word got added to the page.

OK, and another issue. I’m using the shortcode portfolio2, and I set the “portfolio content type” to “image”. When I click on the portfolio item it won’t open the image.
Here’s a screenshot:

The same problem occurs on your demo site as well. (Shortcodes>Portfolio Shortcode, Featured projects)

It says it’s easy to change the background images for all the sections yet on that very page there is no way to do that besides the footer.

I want to change the body image and where do I put custom css? in Editor?

UPDATE: I found the main Background upload on a different page. you might want to mention that on “Background uploader” page.

Very nice! How do I use a slideshow within these portfolio pages?

Also… can I change the portfolio post style so it’s… 2/3 photo-slideshow and 1/3 copy… but still retain the large full width copy area down below like it is now?

Where do I add custom CSS? It does not work in the normal “editor” area even if I put ”!important” in.

for example, I want to change the content area’s background color. I will want to add a lot of code in general.

I have not done Child themes yet either.

Hi, just purchased this theme, I started putting my portfolio together but it seems to be showing all my oldest posts first instead of showing my newest work on top, how can I fix, or change that?

I’m having several problems with the new wordpress upgrade. I’ve tried uploading the 1.2 but it did not load via FTP. In addition, I’m having double comments on my site. I’ve also lost the homepage slider…

The pictures for the slider on the homepage are not showin up. I’ve tried reuploading as a featured image and still nothing. help!

Is there any way to customize the contact form? I’d like to have more contact form versions, and on each version I’ll need more input fields.

Hello, I do not know if the problem is known, but once activated the theme, not one load media. Because the button “Add media” does not work. (no reaction)

But the button below entitled “Use image as the A” it works.

I reinstall the whole, change the numerical value 755, disabled extensions, but it does not work

I am getting the Double Comment Form issue on single posts too.

I looked in the single.php template, and I can see why: The comment form is inserted twice:

<!-- End each blog post -->

<?php comments_template( '' ); ?>

<?php comment_form(); ?>

I’ll just remove one of them, but be advised this condition exists in the SINGLE.PHP file.

I tried to use various contact form plugins with the theme (Contact Form 7, Fast Secure Contact Form etc), but the layout gets totally messed up when – somehow the theme interferes with these plugins. Could you suggest a plugin that works with the theme? Or is there anything I could do to make these plugins work?

Hello, I’m using the wpml plugin with your theme “pallas” and I have a problem with slider and portfolio settings. In homepage, the slider shows all of items in all languages. I have the same problem with portfolio items with the filter “all”.

I need select only items in language of my directory like /en/ or /es/.

What can I do? Thanks a lot!!
