Hi,

I have a problem, buy your theme yesterday but the sidebars dont show good. i see it in the pages for 50% but not full width.

I use the newest WP version 3.8.1 en today i updated to 3.8.2. I check your supportpage but dont see anything about this.

Hi,

great theme! I just have a couple of questions. First of all i have to do some modifications. Where can i find the css file??? Second thing: I need to put an image 10px high on top of the navigation. What kind of modifications do i need to do?

oh, and one more question. How can i change the color of the whole navbar? I only managed to change the part where all the menu items are and the sides stayed white.

Hello. I installed this theme but does not work in my wordpress. I tried in wordpress 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 but the problem is always the same. So as I figured out via Email which you got today: This is clearly not what I have expected, which is why I’d like to get my money back. Since I can’t configure this theme without struggling trough endless lines of shortcodes it has become 100% unusable for me. The layout itself has several bugs for different browsers, the plugins that need to be installed for this theme aren’t even in English and everything about this theme basicly requires a bit too much for the regular client on Themeforest. (I am not interested in listing all bugs and issues, sorry I don’t have the time.)

Please proccess to refund 100% of my money that I used for this purchase. I think you will undersand this. Thanks.

Just for your note: I tried getting into your support forums twice and it didn’t even work. I don’t want to kill more time by finding bugs that I didn’t pay for. Sorry, but that’s how it is. I have my deadlines and can’t wait and delay for ages until the item I have bought finally works and until I learned the languages that are needed to understand parts of the requirements, which were not mentioned anywhere. And: Yes, I use WordPress for more than 5 years, I haven’t seen anything worse until now. Don’t want to make your theme look bad. But I already see many people struggle with problems on this item. Please consider your concept of usability when it comes to releasing a theme. Thank you.

Contacted the Envato support because of a full refund with all details. If Envato contacts you please just accept the refund request so I don’t get any worse delays than what I already have….

I already submitted many E-Mails, since I couldn’t get into the forums. But I didn’t get the main problems solved by the support. I reached the point where I can’t list bugs and major issues from an bought item for the authors to fix it and wait until it is finally fixed. I have other work waiting. I helped a lot authors in the past finding and fixing bugs for something that I have paid for. I don’t have the time and the patience anymore to go trough all this again, also this is a very special case.

I just talked to the support team. I don’t know if that works for you, but how about doing the other way round? Please just send us how you want your Panacea based website to look like and we’ll be happy to arrange things for you. Nornally it’s an extra paid service, but this time we’d audit our own product, fixing all the bugs we’d find progressing.

I think a refund would be what I need. I have found a solution which fits exactly my needs on Themeforest with some other theme. I sure may take a look at your portfolio again. But for now the refund would help me. The other solution you offered wouldn’t help me to avoid more delays.
