I have previously purchased “Panekah – Creative Joomla Template 1.6”. I want to make this website Responsive layout so I can use it on any device. Can I buy “Panekah – A Responsive Corporate HTML Template” and put it over “Panekah – Creative Joomla Template 1.6” or do I need to build a brand new website with a new template?
