Its a great looking theme, very minimal yet still unique. Good luck dude!

Thank ya!

Cool! I’m a fan of yours because your theme is always unique.

theMOLITOR

I appreciate that!

I can tell you’re not inspired by other themes .. nice work man, totally an outside-the-box theme!

theMOLITOR

Thanks for noticing! ;-)

little hard to see menu on contact page…love your work…this theme is killer!

theMOLITOR

Thanks!

I wanted to show what a dark panel would look like with the light skin. There’s a dark skin too if the user wants all panels to be dark like that. The menu items are a bit brighter in the dark skin.

Flawless. What an encouragement :)

Great theme, good luck with sales ! ;)

Thanks!

Looks great, wonderful work, congrats !

Thank you!

Beautiful design… And it works very well !

A qui observation; The little squares at the bottom of the page “disappear” depending on the content of the page… It would be great that the navigation squares stay visible..

Great experience…

theMOLITOR

Thanks!

The pagination links sit at the bottom of each panel, so if the panel runs long on your browser, the bottom of the panel might appear out-of-sight, but the pagination links are still there.

The content is totally in the control of the user, so if they want each panel to be shorter than the demo site, it’s super easy to do that ;-)

Love it, creative and elegant as always. One question – this theme would work beautifully as a personal/resume site – so I would to buy it along with your latest html resume theme and add the resume as an additional panel… How easy would it be to do this?

Cheers – and thanks for your fresh ideas. Brilliant.

theMOLITOR

Thanks!

The Applicant resume template is a stand-alone theme that isn’t built to integrate with another WordPress theme. That said, it’s easy to create something similar with this theme on it’s own (especially with the skills shortcodes built-in).

Thanks Chris – I’ll go for it then. Cheers

any chance of an html version?

theMOLITOR

Hi there,

I’m not opposed to the idea. Decisions like that are usually made in response to the demand/success of the WordPress theme and the number of actual requests (like this one) for the HTML version.

Thanks!

Chris

nice work as always!

theMOLITOR

Thanks!

So sharp. I love the minimalism of it, however… where/how do I brand it? Logo area? Also… the panel that slides out on the right, can I put anything there I want? can I make the default Open for this panel?

Thanks. Great work.

theMOLITOR

Hi there,

Since each panel is a page, you can simply create a “home” page and throw your logo into the content area with some description text and make it the first panel shown (like in the demo).

Regarding the widget panel, yes, you can add whatever you want there using the “widgets” page of WordPress. Making it open by default isn’t hard to do with some edits to the template files.

Thanks!

Chris

Fresh air between sooo many boring themes. Congrats for that. Wish you many sales! ;)

theMOLITOR

Thanks <”}}>< ;-)

Really, really cool user experience here. So different and so original. I’m thinking about designing online magazine based on print magazines – with nice spread pages. Is there any limit to how many <!- next page -> panels could be placed in single page? And is there a chance to make the panels slide instead of fade? So I could accomplish the feeling of reading real magazine? Ps. Thanks for making the video and showing how theme works. Good luck!

theMOLITOR

Hi there,

There’s no limit with the next page “shortcode”.

Regarding the transition effect, that would require quite a bit of custom scripting to achieve. For requests like that, I direct users to this form: http://themolitor.com/custom

Thanks!

Chris

All right, thanks for the quick answer. This theme is gonna make You a lot of money;)

Nice theme… It’s interesting how you dig WordPress’ theme customizer feature deeper..

Good luck

theMOLITOR

Thank you! :-)

Excellent theme!

One question. I uploaded some 16×9 images and when clicked on the lightbox is changing the aspect ratio. Any way to lock that?

Thanks!

theMOLITOR

Thanks for purchasing!

I’ll be happy to troubleshoot this with you. Please proceed to my support forums and be sure to post a link to your site so I can check it out: http://themolitor.com/forums

Thanks!

Chris

Any chance you will fix the urls to use the permalinks by default (blog/projects/etc)?

Right now the duplicate content issue would be severe and ranking a site based on this template would be unduly hard.

theMOLITOR

Hi there,

This theme uses permalinks/URLs to pull in pages and posts for the pagination links, so there is no duplicate content involved for that. This is the nature of one-page themes that utilze AJAX for pulling content.

Thanks!

Chris

Great theme. I need to know if i can use the royal slider plugin?

theMOLITOR

Thanks!

I haven’t tested/used that plugin before so I can’t say for sure. Sorry.

Chris

Wauw…

is it possible to have the menu items in permanently in text instead of a square?

theMOLITOR

Hi there,

That wouldn’t be too hard to achieve. I can provide instructions for that in my support forums.

Thanks!

Chris

Hi, Cool theme! I just have a couple of pre purchase questions. 1) Does the theme support audio files? 2) Are there shortcodes for columns, tabs, accordian, buttons etc.? If so, do you have examples of those? 404 page? 3) Which ecommerce plugin would integrate best with this theme? 4) Is it possible to use a Contact form plugin?

Thanks!

theMOLITOR

Hi there,

1. I haven’t tested audio in the theme. There are a million audio solutions out there, though, so anything utilizing an iFrame (like sound cloud) should work just fine.

2. Not built-in, no. There a number of plugins that do that, though.

3. I haven’t tested any e-commerce plugins, so I can’t say for sure. Most of them are free, so I figure users can try them out to find a solution that works best for them.

4. Yeah! I tried out the Contact Form 7 plugin and works great. Because of AJAX, though, I recommend putting it on the first “panel”.

Hope that helps!

Chris
