Your theme is not optimized for IE9 as you claim in your sales page, and the support it´s so slow that i´m still waiting for an answer that i ask for more than 15 days ago.
How and when are you going to fix this issue of ie9?

Hello there, I am about to purchase your pretty awesome theme. I only have one question please:
Can I add multiple images to one portfolio project in the top main section? For example like a slideshow? I also would like to maintain the size of the big top picture even in the wysiwyg part below.

Hi Peter, thanks for considering our theme. currently you can not add multiple images to featured image section in the loops and single post. however you can build images with our slideshow modules inside single portfolio posts. in coming updates we will bring this feature (slideshow post type) but I cant guarantee for when it will be ready. Hey Peter, this needs little code tweak. basically we help with such small tweaks in our help desk with giving the instructions how to change some small behaviours or styles. but as a feature or option it is not possible due to its functionality and design. Regards.

I have some problems with the theme. I created 8 portfolio items in 2 categories (photographers and plans), and when I see the similar posts of each portfolio ítem, if I’m in a plan, I get ALL items instead of plans items (its own category items, which should be the similar ones). How can I manage this problem?

Hi Miguel, Similar posts both in blog and portfolio is based on tags. so please kindly use wordpress built-in tags feature to add similar tags for those that related to each other. Thanks
Tags are not allowed in portfolios, and your recommendation is not working on posts either. I’ll write a ticket in your help desk in order to try to fix this issue. Thanks anyway

Hi Miguel, Sorry for slow reply. if you click on download button there will be 2 dropdown elements will be appeared as Main File(s) and License Certificate. this is a new change by envato which little confusing. regarding your issue I guess you are right and now I added a bug reported into developers buglist. so will be fixing this right away in coming version. I updated the theme to the latest version, and the site is running extremely slow now. My host told me it’s the theme that is causing the slowness issue. Any other reports of slow sites since the latest upgrade? Am I doing something wrong?

there is a minor error in your CSS for child theme use. In template it says Template: Paragon, which it didn’t find until I changed the case to “paragon”.

Hello. I went to your support site and grabbed a ticket. That’s almost a week ago. However, maybe you are pretty busy or something like that… Overall I really like your theme and enjoy working with it.
I would like to do some code tweak according to all the preview thumbs in the theme. I would like to be able to just click on the image for the linking instead of all the small icons.
And I have another problem according to the page composer. It seems like most of the elements, like “Message Box” or “Blockquote” ignore paragraphs. Even if I put “p” or “br” tags. The content just appears one after another in a row. Would be nice to get some help on that.
Then, there’s an issue with the logo in the header. my logo is almost as high as the navigation, because it should be like that. Now I have the problem on smartphones, that the logo is in the way of the navigation button. Is it possible that it adjusts to smartphones? That also would be very cool.

Hi Peter, Last week was very busy days for me and our support staff. our previous staff failed to fulfil our needs on answering to support, so we replaced with new person and he was on the process of adaptation to our themes. and I myself also was very busy to attend any support inquiry. however things getting better. I will check your ticket and I will give detailed explanations on all your questions. I guess your question is assigned to by our new support staff because of its complexity. within couple of hours I will answer your questions.

But have in mind that every change you made in core files will be overwritten on theme update. Everything what you do in css or JS should be in CustomCSS/JS in masterkey. Here it will not be overwritten. ##########################################

I just want to say how impressed I am with Paragon and the customer support! The admin is beautiful, the theme is gorgeous and everything just works like it should. I’ve ran into just a few problems but those were due to my own ignorance.
You have one guy in customer support (I won’t give his name but his initials are JS) that is awesome! He has been so patient and incredible with me. I am so impressed and just want others to know! You won’t be left hanging if you have an issue, they are quick to answer and make sure everything is right. Oh, how I wish more places were like ArtBees! I can’t wait to see what this studio does and I’ll be first in line to buy it all! Thank you!

Hey i tried all this week to install this awesome theme but i just can’t and i’m so fed up trying to deal with it, i followed the instructions to install the demo content but all i get is a bunch of posts i didn’t write and no theme at all. From point 9 im lost.
I also submitted a ticket 2 days ago and i have no response yet.

Maybe the theme it´s cool… but the support it´s the worst thing, because they say that have “a help desk with a dedicated support staff” and you have to wait for 2 weeks to have a response that in most cases do not work.
I have to solve every problem and they do not know where to find the answers on his own theme.
My advice: DO NOT BUY THIS THEME!
