PAX is a great theme, and looks good out of the box. But the support for this theme is pretty slow in responding. Pity, because if not for the theme support, Pax will rank quite highly in my books.
Can anyone tell me how I adjust (translate and customize) the 404 page? I’ve fount the 404.php template and copied it to the childtheme folder. But I cant seem to figure out where he fetches the content for the variables from. Such as: <?php echo $FRONTEND_STRINGS[‘page_missing’]; ?>

Anyone experienced with setting up this theme available for hire? I am sure someone with PAX experience can reduce my setup time considerably.
Can I use Layerslider and RevSlider with this theme instead of the in-built sliders?

Thanks for your interest. We haven’t tested Pax with Layer Slider, but Pax actually comes with a free copy of Revolution Slider and works well with it.

In the demo “slide #6” only the text section is provided. I would like the animation and the images used in the actual slide 6 demo.

I am really unhappy that you have been denying the problem ever exists. I would appreciate that when a customer comes back to you again and again that there is a problem, it may be wise to suspect that there is a problem and see how you can fix it.
I am disappointed with the quality of support so far. However, I am willing to change my mind, depening on whether the problem is fixed.

Thanks for your purchase. I’ve talked with our support staff and believe I’ve tracked down why your issue hasn’t been resolved.
Three weeks ago, our support staff asked you what phone/OS you were seeing the behavior on and you didn’t respond until now (over three weeks later). The support staff didn’t say that the problem didn’t exist—only that they couldn’t reproduce the issue. If you don’t respond with information about the issue, it makes it impossible for them to replicate and troubleshoot it.

Great theme! How do you change the “per” text color on the pricing page? It seems very hard to read because it’s so light.

Thanks so much for your purchase! There isn’t a theme option to change the “per” color, so it’d require some Custom CSS. If you head on over to our support forum and open up a thread, our support staff should be able to give you the proper syntax.

I have started playing around with this theme and would like to know if there’s a way to embed a video in the slider using Javascript or HTML scripts instead of URL? I use EasyVideoPlayer for my videos and want to use that for the sliders.

Thanks for your interest! There is—the uSlider plugin accepts arbitrary content so if you’re handy with coding, you can use any library you choose. Note that the slider autopause for playing videos only works with Vimeo and YouTube though.
