Hi, I just purchased the perception theme. It has multiple drop down menus that i dont need for my site. How do I disable the drop down menus?

The blog.html page links to a page called blog_page.html for the individual blog entries, but I notice this page is not included in the download package. Is this an oversight? Does the page exist? Or is this page not included in the package on purpose?
