Congratulations on the wonderful work you have done with the theme. Just a quick question and rather a silly one.. How to configure the image slider on the main page… I have read the doco as well as the tutorials but nothing is relevant there…

Hi,

When uploading the theme on Wordpress via Themes/Install themes/Upload it says that the theme was installed successfully, but when I go to Manage themes I see a message “perfekto-minimalist-portfolio-wordpress-theme Stylesheet is missing.” and the theme doesn’t appear on intalled themes list.

I’m running the latest Wordpress version.

Can you help me with this issue?

I can explain the “portfolio page view” issue that myself and others were having: Instead of the portfolio featuring the assorted “albums”, you get “Page not Found.”

My error was copy/pasting the supplied code that the author included in theme’s documentation. (so… don’t do that)

Follow the previous steps (they’re clear and easy).

NEW : On the page where you desire to have the main image from each set appear (aka: the group listing of albums), there is AN ICON on the top+right corner of the formatting area… it looks like a person/photo. This button generates the CUSTOMIZED SHORTCODE that needs to be inserted on the page.

It’s in that popup that you specify 2 columns, 4 columns, etc… show titles, etc.

That fixed it for me. I hope it works for you also!

How can I change the order of my Slider images?

I have the same issue of missing stylesheet and I uploaded the inner perfekto-html file with no luck….

When I add a 6th page, instead of placing it level on the navigation, it places it under the “home.” It is throwing the layout off balance. Do you know what this could be?

Hi. great looking theme. One question though. How do I change the “read more” text in the portfolio page. I managed to change it on the post doing it in the editor changing the loop.php but how do I change it for all the pages? Mainly the potfolio pages.

A suggestion is that you add a translation page so the users dont have to use the code. That way all the read more buttons or other presets change all over the theme.

Having problems with portfolio themes; the portfolio pages each only have one theme selected but all the projects show up on all the portfolio sub-columns. Also – how to make the main categories not link to a page like in the demo? Help?
