Love the theme! No problems getting started… and working. Very easy to work with.

One problem. Chrome. Display problem occurs on home page, using page builder, my home page contains the following “available blocks” in order:

Clear Image Clear Image etc. there are several more below these. Each image is same size.

IE and Firefox display 100% correct.

However on Chrome, each image is “greatly reduced” and displays on the left side, about 20% – 25% of the correct size.

The only item selected with an entry is “Open in lightbox(optional)”. On Chrome, when you select the image, yes, it does open to its true size via lightbox – just as it does in IE & Firefox.

Please help resolve the image reduction in Chrome.

I must verify your licence before I can offer any kind of support. As an alternative you can send the licence code ot my email: smatik89[at]gmail.com

Thanks for sending your email address. If you would like to view screen shots of the display error let me know.

Presently, the site is behind a construction landing page.

Perhaps this might be the problem…. is your Theme updated with the current version of Chrome? I realize when I purchased & the file I downloaded at the time may have been compatible but I’m starting to think that may be what the display might be. Or, maybe its Wordpress… I’m just throwing out ideas to consider… to help you address this problem.

Relative to Chrome. Display problem occurs on home page, using page builder, my home page contains the following “available blocks” in order:

One additional note: I can intentionally make this same display problem happen within Firefox, when I turn ON … [Appearance / Theme Options / Responsive design?]

By reducing the width of my Firefox browser, those same images, greatly reduce, like they are in Chrome (when its turned off).

I presently have the site blocked behind a construction landing page.

“By reducing the width of my Firefox browser, those same images, greatly reduce, like they are in Chrome (when its turned off).”

To add, when my browser is Full view the images display correctly (Firefox) but when I grab the side edge and reduce the browser horizontally the images go from true size to a reduced size (like a thumbnail). That reduced size is what they display like in Chrome regardless if I have it ON or OFF [Appearance / Theme Options / Responsive design?]

Hi Smartik!

I’m using your theme in one of my domains, and I tried to translate into Spanish some words such as “Message” and “Subject” from the contact page. Can you help me how to do it?

Smartik

What you tried and didn’t work? You probably need a plugin like http://wpml.org/ or follow a tutorial for translating the theme. https://www.google.com/search?q=translate+wordpress+tutorial

default.po/.mo are included and ready to use with Poedit.

Great Support! Quick and very helpful!!

Thank you. :)

HI, I have a problem to change the H1 font. Which file I have to change? ( I did it in style.css but it doesn’t work)

Thanks Best regards

Smartik
You can use the Google font from admin panel: Go to: WP Dashboard->Appearance->Theme Options->General styles->Google Fonts and change the font for headings https://www.diigo.com/item/p/qepcppszbrsdcrpeezbcaqeerq/c5ba926c752212f5cfe3c3d4e4b1e7e6

Or if you prefer to add the code yourself, after this option you’ll see the Custom CSS field. Add there the CSS you need. For ex:
h1{
   font-family: Georgia, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
   font-size: 30px;
}

We are using your Perspective WP theme and have not had any issues with it. Today was different. We created a new page, but the “page properties” are not saving. We are trying to assign it a sidebar on the left, and then a specific sidebar. Nothing seems to be working with it. The rest of the page saves fine, but not the “page properties”. I’ve even gone into one of the existing pages that has the sidebar already set, and it isn’t allowing me to change it.

Please advise what we should do. I have already turned off all the plugins and was still unable to save the page properties.

Love this theme. Have implemented the google maps funciton and its beautiful but i cant figure out how to make the location clickable so someone can launch maps.google.com or share the location. help?

Smartik

This is not possible from admin panel with the current configuration. But, thank you for sugestion, I’ll look into it and if it does not break anything I will implement a such option.

Hi.

How can I create a child theme for this WP theme? It doesn’t seem to behave like the other themes with which I have worked before…

Thanks!

I see. You are using get_template_directory_uri instead of get_stylesheet_directory_uri and putting the main CSS file in a subdirectory of the parent theme.

Well, don’t worry. I already have an workaround for those points.

Thanks.
