“Simple enough” is a very relative term
You can use one of many form generator services and just copy/paste the HTML in. It shouldn’t have to be a problem.

WHen I try and upload this theme into Wordpress, it is saying that it is missing the .css stylesheet. I am just uploading the entire zip file. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, love the template and ready to make a purchase, just wondering about a few things.
Firstly, I’m planning on using this landing page for a service and not an app, so how difficult would it be to replace the “phone” image slider with a regular one?
Second, it would be great if you could include a quick-link bar to the different sections, such as testimonials, screenshots and newsletter. Or is this something I can do fairly easily myself?
And last, would it be overly troublesome to replace the newsletter with a contact form?
Sorry for all the questions, it’s just that I’ve been looking for a perfect landing page for quite a while and yours is really close!

If you know a bit of CSS or keep the same image size it’s not difficult at all.
You can enable the front page menu and use it for that purpose.
Contact form shortcode is available so – no it shouldn’t be a problem
