  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
  • Fixing bugs and reported issues
  • Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions
  • Tiny customisation (1-2 minutes of work)
  • Max 10 questions per client (it’s not a strict limit)

Maximum response time is 16 hours except on Sunday.
