The Bluzpanel looks broken what's wrong?

The theme works fine but you installed it wrong. You have uploaded to your “wp-content/themes” folder all the “Phenomenon 1.x” folder, which is a mistake because you only need the “Phenomenon” folder that’s located inside the “Phenomenon 1.x”
