This has been your constant line of comment or statement since last year November. Even this your reply to my comment and the client above me was last two weeks, where the comment was for last week as stated in your comment – “next week”. And the “next week” which was last week is passed we still haven’t seen anything yet.

What’s going on? We need to know as we deserve some explanations. I am very much worried as not all block of functions of the theme is functional, which I suppose you know very well. There are plugins which are incompatible with the theme. WordPress is in its version 4.4.1 a lot of incompatibilities will somewhat popup when we least expect it and by then it will be devastating.

I think we, especially me, deserve a candid response to the request brought forward. And not a placating and soothing replying you are giving me since last year. That’s not helpful one bit!

Updates are still in queue, but we don’t have any control over them. We have submitted the new theme 11 days ago and still nothing.

I understand your frustration, but Theme Forest is not our system,and we have none control over review process.

It’s depending what you have customized.

The best solution: download your theme to your computer, and then install the latest theme version. After that, create child theme and include only modified files into it.

Djordje, how do I get your attention to fix the issues I have with Photex theme?

Like I have mentioned in the “emails” sent to you, since my first day of when I purchased this theme, I have never had complete satisfaction from this your product – Photex theme.

You know the issues I have been having with this theme. I have made mention of everything to you, yet you haven’t replied my emails. The updating of the theme has never been my problem, but the ones mentioned here and in the emails I have sent to you, which has not been replied for weeks.

I like to know from you directly, if there is nothing you can do to my complaints. Because, these are issue well known to be from Photex theme and not WordPress or plugins installed.

hi i purchased this theme in 2014 and never install it… know i want to down load your xml or example content and i can not enter the site… “You have been locked out due to too many invalid login attempts.” can you help me to get the xml so i can imporit and start working on the site???? thanks

Hi, I am having a hard time getting the email icon in the upper right corner to work. It simply says “Message not sent”. Am I the only one who is having this problem?

Depending from server configuration and hosting provider policy, you will need to use their SMTP settings to send and receive emails on your server. In order to send emails using SMTP setting from your hosting provider, download, install and configure WP SMTP plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/). For SMTP details you should contact your hosting provider.

I’m having the same issue as makrogh with e-mails not being send. The WP SMTP plugin doesn’t work either. I tried it with a gmail-account so that shouldn’t be influenced by hosting provider limitations. Any other suggestions to get the contact form working again?

Looks like my support has expired. I’ve contacted my hosting provider to see if there server settings have anything to do with it.
