Hello, before I will buy it some questions … Is it possible to use “mouse over” efect to open bottom navigation bar for images ? Is it possible to use “mouse over” effect to rewind images bar? Does images in “prettyPhoto” and “Image Gallery with prettyPhoto” can be resized according to resolution screen? Can I position main content in the center of the page? Thank you.

Sure all this can be done. Actually you can do anything you want with the theme considering it’s a HTML theme. You only need the right skills. It will involve you to know some js, some HTML/CSS to do it but yes it can be done.

The theme doesn’t come with multiple HTML files that have different mouse over effects or different sizes of galleries. It comes as you see it on demo, and then you can hack and slash and make it do what you want/need.

I love the size of the images for my photography business. This what I have been looking for. However, JavaScript is not SEO friendly. How much of this “Photo Artist” template is JS? Can it be removed or worked around? I like but do not need the slow dissolves between images. I can use simple fast cuts between images. Can the JS code be turned off? What will the impact be without it? What is the actual pixel size of the full screen image? It can be stretched to fit as needed.

Hello, I’m about to purchase this Template. Really nice look. My questio is aboute the “WORK” item. It doesn’t seem to work properly y the LIVE preview. I need a complete photo gallery divided by categories. Is this possible with this template. Thank you.

Sure it is possible, because this is a HTML theme and not a WP theme. If you know how to code in HTML you can do anything because it has no back-end admin.

In the html version is the blog admin similar to wordpress or is it all hard coding?

It’s HTML, no admin comes with the HTML version of any theme I’m afraid.

This is a HTML version and because it doesn’t come with a CMS behind (like WordPress) it doesn’t have any feeds built in. You’ll have to code that your self, or find someone to help you.

Hi, i noticed that after upgrading to browser Safari 7.0 all the pages got shifted and there’s black bar at the left hand side of the screen. None of other browser have this problem.

I wasn’t able to find out the reason, but could you please have a look and find a way to teach us how to fix this.

hello when i put in the theme with file zilla in wp-content/themes and go on apperence it say that the theme i broken template Is MISSING and i try to install the theme again but the same whas happining? what can i do

This one is a HTML theme and can’t be used in WordPress. There is the WP version available on our website. We started to upload all our themes on our ThemeForest account, but we still have a couple to upload before PhotoArtist. Hope this helps.

A nice theme, but the support is severely lacking. I would not recommend. Too many working parts that require intervention if something goes wrong, and whatever instructions they list are poor, which makes self-sufficiency difficult. You are signing up for a theme that requires you to rely on their poor service.

This comment encapsulates exactly what is wrong with your support process. It takes days to get a response, little to no actual support is offered, and then, when there’s some problem, the customer is the one who gets the blame.

I checked with my domain provider. They confirmed that I have been providing you with the correct server, username, and password. The problem is on your end.

Would you please try using FileZilla to access my site’s back end?

Do you have a firewall that might be blocking port 21?

we never blamed you or someone else and on support forum all questions are answered in a 24 hours interval, it was the case for the questions you asked as well.

We are working with hundreds of FTP details daily and never got problems connecting, there are some servers that block access or need some specific settings in Filezilla to connect and if the client provide those we have no errors to connect.

About the comment here, we offer support only on support forum for now and that’s why it takes longer here to answer. From today, the comments here will be answered quickly as well.

please submit a ticket from our website and we will help with the problem as the contact form works fine for all other clients. The issue in your case may be that the mail function doesn’t work and in this case we will have to adjust the code to use SMTP instead.

Hello, i bought photo artist theme and i have a problem with installation. After first event of installation theme “photo artist” was became in list of damaged themes with comment – “photo artist – theme not found”. and second question is that after purchaising i received link for download of content and license of my email adress with confirmation of purchasing. But when i try to use support on your site – http://account.themefuse.com/member – was answer – “NO THEMES IN YOUR ACCOUNT You haven’t purchased any themes yet” my email is – andygoodlight@mail.ru thank you in advance for your answer.

I have been having issues with the Contact Form and have not received help at all for this. The support for this template has been really disappointing. The form does not send out the messages at all. I have done everything according to the directions.
