I have purchased this theme and love it.

My question is when I input the slug into the category-include, value box, is there a way to make it use a specific parent?

I have 9 artists each with there own page but it seems I cannot use the word landscape more than once, even if I put it in it’s own unique parent title.

Is there a way to write the code in the value box to see which parent it should be directed too?

Have downloaded the SQL to my server and lost my entire site. Anybody else have this problem. Anybody know how to undo the SQL download?

Hello all, I’m a little concerned, i’ve left 2 separate messages to help with no response.

I have 5 other WP sites I use, so I feel pretty comfortable in the WP world. But using this site is giving me some difficulty.

I need detailed instructions on how to create a photo gallery and add pics to that gallery. I tried usual methods to no avail.

Please help!

After installing your demo version of photoworks3 on my site. I have changed your demo images to my own with no problems. I now wish to change the category headings and slugs on the gallery page from your existing demo names: flower, landscape, nature, to my own choice of dog portraits, cat portraits etc. I have tried to change the headings in portfolio categories, but when I change the slug my images do not show and the headings do not change on the gallery page either, they stay the same as your demo version ie flower, landscape, nature and not dog portraits, cat portraits etc as saved, and all the images vanish. When I change the slugs back to your demo slugs the images come back again… Can you please help? Is there a fault in the template? I can not see where else to change the headings and slugs other than in the portfolio categories page.

Your gallery page does not work as it should. I have even set up a new gallery page as an addition to your demo page and I am still unable to get the images to show or the headings. Your documentation does not fully explain how to set up this theme properly it is not detailed enough. I have sent support requests from http://themeforest.net/user/templatesquare and had no reply. The page states you take 48 hours to respond. It has been over a week since my first support request.
