I understand that this templated is quite dated. But do you still provide support?

I sent BOOK NOW email to myself but did not receive. What is the issue there?

Thanks.

Hi, I am interested in this Landing Page. Will I be able to use it as a facebook landing page?

jonathan01

The landing page is strictly HTML – if you are comfortable enough with converting this to whatever specs Facebook requires, then you will be fine. :) I’m not real sure what specs Facebook has, but as I said, this is just pure simple HTML.

Could I use this landing page on WordPress? Can it be supported with the wordpress landing page plugin?

jonathan01

Hi – it’s not a WordPress theme so I would say no. I’ve never heard of that plugin but if you ask the author of it this is pure HTML with supporting CSS file and JS files. (plus images obviously).

Probably best for them to answer as it’s their plugin.

Many thanks

Jonathan

hi Jonathan, bought the page and I’m putting things together with out any real HTML experience! I’m having a problem loading the gallery images, I can only get one image to show up and no thumbnail image. I also can’t find the location for the link to my website. Thanks for the help. I may need more soon! Cheers Jerry

Hi Jerry and thanks for the purchase – could you please post support questions to the support center:

http://cr3ativ.ticksy.com

However, all you need to do is replace the image with your own – I expect you possibly didn’t put a correct url to your image, or broke some HTML maybe?

Not sure what you mean by ‘can’t find the location for a link to your site?’ I don’t understand that question sorry.

Unfortunately you will need HTML experience to edit an html template, but there are many tuts for free online that can help as this isn’t actually part of support which is limited to bugs only.

I have the gallery working now. Was missing a dash between the name and the number of the image! IE img src=”img/image-4.png” alt=”image 1” rel=”img/image-4_thumb.png” Just missing some tags so it would show up.

This may help others :). Jerry

No worries, this is just to show the naming of the images, the link won’t work because I deleted the beginning and end symbols or the info won’t show up.

Also I figured out where to put the link info for the more learn more button! i just had to focus a bit. Thanks again and please ignore my questions in the support center. Jerry
