We are providing themes-related support only via our online Ticket System.

Common WordPress Installation Issues

Missing style sheet error when installing the theme

A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

This may be caused by several reasons, so try to do following:
  1. Make sure that your /wp-content/uploads/ folder has a write permissions
  2. Try to increase memory for your WP
  3. Try to increase time limit for your scripts

How to edit theme’s colors?

You can change fonts and colors at ThemeOptions, e.g. to change color at content part, go to ThemeOptions -> Content area and switch “Sustomize fonts and colors” to “yes”. Do the same for header, sidebar and footer.

I’m trying to change colors for my theme but nothing happened / i’ve got an error while stylesheet compilation process

Some hosting providers limit file_get_contents function, used by a stylesheet compiler. Ask your hosting provider for error log and possible limits for the file_get_contents PHP function.

Then you should re-compile your styles (just press “Save settings” again at theme options for header, footer, sidebar and content area sections in admin).
