Yes 1.1 is the latest version, which I presume you have.
The message will pop up if you remove the theme credits (which contains the version number) from the sidebar. This is fine, but its best to disable the ‘Enable Version Check’ option, to stop the theme checking for a version number.

If you go to http://mikedidthis-pierre.tumblr.com/ you’ll see the following error https://gist.github.com/4384741 if loading the Disqus embed.js. The only pages that should have the Disqus embed script should be in the actual post page/permalink.

Basically that just prints the Disqus comment box JS on the Permalink Page.

Hello, I just bought the theme and I have a few questions:
1. Is there a way to add a line under the titles for all types of posts? If not, is it possible to move up the “details” closer to the title?

2. Is it possible to add a hyphen after the date, so that ”# Shares” is separate? I tried to do some tinkering, but the change isn’t permanent.

3. It seems like users will have to scroll up to the top of the page to click the sidebar tab. Any way to have the tab follow down the page as someone scrolls? Doesn’t seem likely, so it’s not a big deal if nothing can be done.

Firstly, don’t worry about the questions, more than happy to help.
1) If you add the following to the Custom CSS box, you can add a line to the details:.details ul { border-top:1px solid black }2) If you add the following to your Custom CSS box, it will change the divider to a hypen:.details ul li.comments::before, .addthis_default_style::before { content: '-'; display: inline-block; background: transparent; color:black; -webkit-border-radius: 0px; -moz-border-radius: 0px; border-radius: 0px; width: auto; height:auto; margin: 0 3px 0px 4px; }3) Sadly not. I originally wanted it to work this way for Desktop users, but due to how the sidebar is positioned, I couldn’t fix the trigger.
However, I will add this feature in the next update, using a fake trigger button. It will be an option.

Couple of questions.
- Currently, the sidebar is 260px wide. I would like to shrink it down to about 200px wide. How do I go about doing that? I tried changing css values but it doesn’t seem to work.
- I like the slide over effect, but I would also like to know if there any way the sidebar can be made to remain visible and static?

This might be beyond the scope of the support but I’d like to use the facebook social comments plugin but I’m scratching my head as to where to add the html into the theme.
The javascript is straightforward enough but the html has me fazed.

Hello Mike,
I’ve a feeling that this might be a rather silly question however this morning when I tried to pull out the sidebar of the theme it wouldn’t work and so I decided to pop into the customization window to check if there was something wrong and a window popped up saying that there’s an update to the file. My (probably silly) question is how do I download the updated file? Do I have to purchase the theme all over again or if I re-download the theme from the “Downloads” section of my account- will I get the updated version of the theme?

Yes, just re-download the file again from the ‘Downloads’ section and it will contain the updated theme.
Install like you did the first time around, and your good to go!

Yes, Pierre does have a lot of options. Sadly there isn’t one to turn captions off on the lightbox.
However its a pretty easy template change. If you email: support@mikedidthis.co.uk I will get a support article created detailing the steps to do this.

Where do the Ad Sense ad’s show up on the theme? I don’t see it in the example.
How would you add different ad units then you have set up?

Adsense support is for the sidebar only, and supports a 200×200 advert slot only. It is possible to change these by editing the themes HTML.
There isn’t an example, as I am still waiting on being accepted to the adsense program.

It’s been almost a month since I’ve been using this theme and I gotta say, I really love it. The amount of customization options in “Pierre” greatly over-numbers the ones found in Tumblr’s “Premium” themes. Great theme, worth the purchase.

Another killer theme. Seriously this is your best work yet. Love what you did with the photo sets. Perfect.
Only thing is I’d REALLY love the ability to create sticky posts. Any way to accomplish this? I’ve read about sticky posts before but seems like must be coded into the theme itself?
