Hi! For some reason, when I place an image in column format, it resizes my photos which is distorting them. Please advise on how to fix this. Thanks!

Hi there,
What you want to do is remove the “size-full” from the image class. We have set that size to be 100% width of the container so that the image can be responsive.

img.size-full { max-width: 100%; width: auto; }

Hey Swift Ideas can you point me in the right direction I am stuck on the home page. I am using the Rev slider I believe and want to use the page snippet or sample of text below the slider just like one of your examples in blue. Let me know if you need more clarification thanks.

Got it, what about navigation tab how do you set them up? the more I play with the template the easier it gets but I get hung up on some things thanks.
One more thing how do I do the social widgets on the bottom right of the footers?
and some of my social media widgets are not showing up after I have inputted them in Social Profiles?

What do you mean they aren’t showing up? If you use the shortcode [social] they will all show up. If you are using [social type=’twitter,facebook’] then make sure you have the type provided.

Hello. I just purchased / installed PinPoint and am trying to resize a video on the Home Page. I want it to stay at 1/2 page (boxed) with text next to it and no matter what I do (resize, select 1/2) it seems to take up the entire page. It’s from YouTube. Thanks!

Looking at my site www.rayonegro.com (I created a slider on the home page) the results are not similar to what you have on the demo. Yours look like it is very under control. Do you have a tutorial to reach that level.

I need to make the header background transparent. I tried removing the background-color from .header-section and also tried giving it the value transparent, but doing that it stays white.

You need to move the header-section out of the container. If you need help I can do this for you, just log a ticket and provide a login

Yep thanks ed I found that the main container was also white. I did some photoshop magic and simulated a transparent background with a full width logo option as i felt it would be better for update reasons.

Hello! Your pinpoint theme is great! I am having a couple of issues after install: 1. The menu does not look like your demo (black background and drop-downs don’t work) 2. Also, I’ve tried to make changes to some of the Pinpoint Options, but some take effect and some others don’t. For instance, I can change the logo, but not the background color. I’ve created a ticket with a login too.

Is there a setting to show all portfolio items on one page? I would like to get rid of the pagination for my portfolio.
If you enter -1 for the number of items to show, it should show them all.

Ed Trying to locate and add an additional menu as per support request. See the theme supports three menu locations. Trying to add additional menu above my logo throughout the template. is the Header (top menu) location. Cannot seem to apply it

I see the editorial layout homepage example but it does not link to the blog pages. Is there a way to do that automatically without having to manually link each slide?

One quick question … with your masonry portfolio, how does the height get determined? Do you do that through the theme options, or do you have to pre-size your image first?

I’m guessing you mean the height of the image? If so, the image is resized to fit the width, and the height is relative to that.

Problem with clients. The clients from some categories are not displaying on the website. Some categories are working well. In one category there is all the clients. Do you know that problem?

I mean when we have for example an item in different categories. We can select items whom matching to category 1 and 2.
Not sure if I’m understanding you here, but if you have an item that’s in Category A and Category B, when you filter to Category A that item will show.

Look i’m using the portfolio to show the artists of a festival taking on differents days and stages. There is 2 days / 3 stages. The thing i would like to do is filtering for example showing the artists playing on the day 1 and mainstage, or artists playing both days on the greenstage… Maybe it’s easier to understand like this.
Ahh ok, I see now. Something like that is a little bit more bespoke, as not many people have the needs for 2 levels of filtering. We’ll add it to the wishlist.
