Also forgot to ask, for the architecture theme, that teal stroke on the header, is that within the settings or I need to design my header with a stroke on the bottom?
If you click the Live Customizer button in the WP Admin Bar it will take you to the colour customiser.

Hi friend, today i buy this theme, but when i try to install (pinpoint.zip file) nothing happens. Was proved in Safari and Chrome. Can you help me?
Can you provide a few more details to “nothing happens”. If you’re using Chrome, you should see the upload percentage in the bottom left corner.
Alternatively you could try uploading the “pinpoint” folder via FTP?

Hi, I cant find the support page. Can you please tell me if we can make the portfolio ‘rel’ so the light box can have buttons on sides, so user can flick thu pics instead of opening one.. closing.. opening another. Also on one page, I cant add elements in page builder. It was working.. now I cant add any more eleemnts or move them. How can I fix. I dont really want to delete page and start again. Other than that.. great theme. Very impressed and easy to use. Can you post a link to support or email please? Kind regards

Hello, I’m having a minor (but annoying) issue with installing this theme. I setup a child theme (which works fine) but under updates, it keeps saying “You have version 1.2 installed. Update to 1.2.” Of course updating doesn’t really do anything.
This message does go away if I deactivate the child theme and use only the parent theme.
However, on both themes, after activating the theme, it shows 1 update needed for the plugins. This shows even if I install the recommended plugins AND if I don’t install the recommended plugins. None of the plugins show any updates needed.
I’m assuming I’ve missed something. I haven’t made any changes yet though I plan to (which is why I created the child theme). This is a fresh install and WP is patched to 3.5.1. I initially just installed 3.5 but had the same issue so I went ahead and updated it. I have no other plugins currently installed.
Is there something I should do to fix this? Thank you!

I wish I could update my comment but it’s not letting me.
On further research, the plugin issue seems to have to do with the “Love It” plugin. When I remove it from the parent theme functions, this update goes away.
I then copied it to the plugins directory and performed an update. I copied the updated files back into the parent theme and added the line back into functions – no more update message.
However, this is only a temporary fix as any theme updates will cause this issue again (I tested by re-installing and got the same issue). Haven’t quite figured out how to fix this.
Still having the other issue though.

You can’t install the demo content via FTP, it needs to be done via Tools > Import in WordPress.

If you use the WP Retina 2x plugin then the theme does support retina display. All icons in the theme are already retina-ready, it’s just the content that needs the plugin.

This theme is extremely good and versatile. I have one problem though. On my post-pages there is a text in the bottom of the post that says “Permanent Link”. How do I remove that?

Yes, the demo content menu should have also been imported – and all you need to do is select it from the main menu dropdown within the menus setup.

I’ve got the theme all setup and running fine. The only thing that’s not working for me are the feature images for blog posts. They aren’t showing up at all on the homepage. I’ve created the layout with the page builder to show a masonry style section of blog posts, but i’m not getting the feature image to show up. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm.. Have you checked the meta options of the post to check that you have the thumbnail type selected as “image”?

I am sorry, just not familiar with this template yet. It has great potential but I created a page, then I used the page builder to drop a blog in there, but it wont show the side column? I want to use it like a standard blog with side bar on the right. wth am i doing wrong?
Check the meta options below the page builder, you will see the sidebar options there.

Quick question: How do I make a picture in a post or webpage (within the swift editor) to a link? Can’t figure it out. My bad!
How are you adding the picture? Easiest way would be to paste in the HTML to the text tab of a text block:

Within the swift page builder -> single image. How do I insert html here?
Unfortunately you can’t at the moment.. Might need to look into that to make it easier – hadn’t thought about it before. For now, it would be better to add the image to a text block if you need to link it somewhere.

I have a questions: Whenever I add a featured image in a post it displays full width no matter the original size of the picture (I would like to keep the original size). How can I do it?

The featured image needs to be full width in order to be responsive. If you don’t have an image big enough, I’d recommend not having a featured image on the detail page, and having an image in the content or in a single image asset.

Sorry, me again. Even if I dont add a featured image in my post and just the image in the thumbnail options, the image is displayed full size instead of the original size. Is it possible to avoid add images in posts in their original size?
pardon me, i meant that if it is possible to avoid the full width in images.
Make sure you don’t have “Use thumbnail content” checkbox is unticked, and also the post detail type set to “None”.

When i go to add an icon to a page there are only about 20 icons to choose from, all of the ones shown in the theme are definitely not there. Is there a separate file with the rest of them? I looked and couldn’t find them.

Just remove the “icon-” from the list there, and place it in the image attribute for the shortcode, like so:

The impact text asset can only be used 1/1. You can either have the button to the left/right or below the text.
If you want something a little different, I would advise using a text block and styling the text, and adding a button using the shortcode generator.

I am using the theme now. Excellent but with one issue my upload buttons are functioning. I’ve trying to put logos across but not action is being done.
