I don’t know if its due to import of content but I can’t seem to get the settings to work on the footer. I enable the footer and having no luck it showing.
I adjust the header as well and still showing all social icons when I only want 2 to show.
Could this be due to import of xml content and not correlating to the admin options?
Do I need to reset everything to get the admin options to read and show. I refresh my page, and still showing social icons, no copyright info when it’s set in admin.

Hi there! First, I want to say this theme looks amazing, and the Page Builder seems to be a great utility.
I had a question about the portfolio filter. In the demo, it is a drop-down menu. Is there a way to change this to text links? That is, instead of clicking the Filter drop-down menu to select All, App Design, etc, it would be a text menu like this:
All / App Design / Brand Identity / etc
and when clicked, the items are filtered as usual.

Unfortunately that’s not currently possible in Pinpoint, although we have it on the list to add as an option in an update.

Would you happen to have any shortcodes of the exact layouts from your example sites. I know the swift builder is there but I love the mix of imagery and text and didn’t know if you had the exact shortcode for this.

Hi there I’d like to be able to use CSS to hide your version of the responsive menu. I am using Uber menu but when screen sizes get smaller your responsive menu kicks in even though Uber menu has a nice responsive look and feel too .
CSS is easier and preferred and I’ve done the same thing with other themes, just unsure what container to hide… if you can accommodate please… Much appreciated!

Thanks, but that not quite right…seems this removes the mobile nav area altogether. What Im trying to achieve is to hide your mobile nav version, but fill that container with Uber Menu’s version…which I cant do if the container is totally invisible.. Any other ideas to help out?

Having issues with the Header. I import my png logo save the options, refresh and still showing the “Assembly” logo .

While the Revolution slider is beautiful it’s a little too complex for my client to use so I need to use the FlexSlider instead.
The problem is that when you display the other slider it is given margins and does not fit edge to edge within the container div as per the revolution slider.
How can I make it fit in the same way?
I would aslo like to disable the shadow and the top/bottom borders also.

What you want to do is use the showcase section (left hand menu in the WordPress admin.
You can then use the showcase asset in the page builder, and select the full width option.
The showcase is ideal for creating a single main slider.

2 questions: 1 When I make a link with URL to a certain page (testimonial) it pops up on a new tab in the browser. Is it possible just to navigate to the dedicated page within the same browser page.
2 When I select a blog, I would like to navigate to another page (This pages was included in your example site.) How can I change the way WP navigates? (Blog – Standard with both sidebars)
1) Where is this link coming from? i.e. what asset.
2) Make sure you don’t have your posts page set in Settings > Reading. You can then create a page, add a blog asset in the page builder, and set the options.

I meant portfolio. I made 6 portfolios and presented them on the home page. By clicking on them I want to navigate to a certain paige. So I filled in the URL Link on the portfolio record.

Settings > Discussion > Default article settings
You can also turn it on/off in each article (make sure you have the discussion option checked in Screen Options) then you can enable/disable it.

Next question; is there a way to get the Blog shortcode to display the latest article in full, then the excerpt for the other items.
Also, the excerpt option box seems to have a hard limit. i.e if I put 100, it seems to cap it at 60.

Unfortunately not, you’d need to modify the code to make that happen.
You can change this in functions.php line 729:
function new_excerpt_length($length) { return 60; }Hope that helps.

Hi Ed,
I would like to show an Awesome Font telephone icon in front of the phone number in the header. When using the approprioate shortcode in the Header Phone Number Text field, the actual code of the shortcode is displayed.

We installed your update today, due to the fact you said it would fix the thumbnail upload process, although it has added white borders around our revolution banners and none of the other carousels seems to work properly anymore they all display below each other!
(Managed to fix the bordered around the Rev banners, but all the carousels are still not carouselling)

The borders around the revolution slider is something we had previously overwritten in our css, however we removed it with this version as you can change the setting yourself in the revolution slider configuration.
Will take a look at your carousel issue, on my phone at the moment so will check it as soon as I can get on my laptop.

Also just noticed the Seach and Signup buttons no longer work either?
more info: none of the nested menus are dropping down from the main menu.
the filter in portfolio section doesnt work either….sounds like this is all connected? hopefully this helps you find the problem
Looks like you might have the old functions.php file, as it’s referencing an old version of the JS file. Can you update that and let me know?

Where would I find the new functions.php? I did the update via the wordpress backend.
Hmm that’s very odd, it should have overwritten all the files. Can you try downloading from ThemeForest and uploading the files via FTP?

Found it in the download for the template, but now we seem to have lost all thumbnails?
doing that now for the whole template folder
ok all the files over written in the theme director…and all the images are still missing
Ah got it, something to do with Jetpack and Photon!! disabled jetpack and images return
Guess I need to re enable photon now things changed?
Ok did a little investigated, it seems photo will not work with the new changes to the template? re installed and re ativated, if its enabled no images show (the ones i guess photon would be serving) any ideas?
Photon isn’t supported with the image resizing script we use as far as I’m aware. I’m not sure why you’d need to use it? We’ve tested the new image upload setup, including updating the options with images currently attached, and they remained to work exactly the same.

Hi. I’ve had problems uploading the template (its never happened before) so my hosting company found a way to do it however now I can’t activate the plugins or get into the theme options. An error message just keeps coming up. Have you any ideas on what is going wrong and how I can fix it?

You can find them within the shortcode generator, which you can find in the content editor within WordPress (where you can set the text alignment, styles etc). The button is the same image as our logo.

Just curious I just updated the theme (didn’t change anything) and now my front page slider is kinda 3d, and no longer fits in the page. Also the arrows on each side seem to move to the outside of the slider.

Hi there,
In the update, we removed some of the overriding css that we had set on Pinpoint, so that users could decide if they wanted shadows, borders etc.
If you edit the slider within the Revolution Slider tab, you will find some options on the right. Under Appearance, change the “Shadow Type” to “No Shadow” and “Padding (border)” to 0.
