Yes the theme can be customizable. The bottom bar you can customize by new module if you like
Hello, I bought this theme but I got some issues:
1. In the homepage, the spanish translation is not working (In the rest of the pages it is working).
2. The Contact us button have 2 us like this (contactus us)
3. In the shopping cart I don´t want the One Page checkout but if I put the 5 stages process the next button is not reachable.

sorry we are not able to start this yet , as we have fall in other work. and themeforest wordpress condition is so much strict so need to add more features to update here. but we have plane to do this but not sure when we can update.

no you can not add banner on home page currently. we will incorporate that in future release. which is coming with 2-5 column

the theme is build with prestashop default theme based, and it is one page theme. so i think seo will not a matter.
