I am using wp 3.5.1. and I want use the LayerSlider. What’s to do? The LayerSlider Plugin you have put in the package is LayerSlider WP 3.0.0. It is not possible to pick a image from the WP Media folder. I bought the newest Version LayerSlider WP 3.6.2. It dont works with your theme “pixel_wp”. I have to stop my whole project now because I updated WordPress. When does you plan a update of your theme? This theme without the layer-slide function is useless for me.

we performed a fresh install of wordpress and the only plugins installed are “Akismet” and “Hello dolly” that arent even activated.
update: installed the plugin ok. when we go to the page builder and select LayerSlider, we dont get the list show up (we have added the dummy data)

Because this version of layerslider is compatible only with wordpress 3.4 we will make an update to the latest layerslider the next days.

We cant select a background image from the media gallery. We just get a dark background when we click on the background text field…. Has this been resolved yet?

I recently bought Pixel WP theme from Themforest which has the LayerSlider WP – The WordPress Parallax Slider plugin. I have found that the version in the download bundle is an old version that is not working correctly. I need the latest version for the installation I have. I contacted the theme developer and they said that I must contact you as the supplier. How can I get the latest version? Also, how can I ensure that the theme/plugin will remain up to date.

I have not re-downloaded the theme from themeforest, but it is still the same version of the plugin. How can I get the latest version? I am really very unhappy with the level of support with this plugin. I expected the theme to work long enough for me to complete building the site. I have not been able to build any sliders. The layerslider will be updated with new one but the version you have installed by default can be used with wordpress 3.4. We are working to lunch the new update asap.

You don’t have to pay $45 every time we made an update the updates of the theme is free, you have only to re download the theme.
Please use the 3.4 version for now of the wordpress if you want to use the layerslider.
When we will made the update with the new version you can use wordpress 3.5 too.

I did and my developer says layerslider is still not working. You’re company has been “promising” to update this product for over a month, while telling others you’ll have it done in 3 to 4 days, it’s extremely misleading. Your company would get more respect if you gave an accurate estimate as to when you’d fix your product.

Sorry, the problem was with a third-party plugin and not with our theme.
But in the theme description you can see that this version of the theme works on wordpress 3.4.
Really the theme works on 3.5.1 too but the layerslider have some problems.
Please use the layerslider we have included and not the other versions.

The sollution from THEMEPLE type this line on style.css: .alignright{float:right;} work. It is at the bottom of the css.
There you will find .alignright{ }, which is empty so nothing happens.

Great theme, but having a little problem with Page Builder >Boxes > Simple Content.
Putting a link in the Content doesn’t work fine. It is mixed up with the title. Please look at http://www.ipureconnection.nl/ first colomn.
