Hello, I’m just knew in this site. I want to create a website based on a template, for example this one – I like the most.

Is it possible to import it to dreamweaver and edit it? For example the website should be in portuguese and from time to time it should be updated, I should add some news is it possible? Actually we would need to have the website in two languages, as it is now.. but if there is no chance to do that…

Yes you can edit this template in Dreamweaver. But probably you need a content management system for adding news or something like that. However plain html will do the work too
