Thank you.

Hi, Do you have manual or FAQ about using your template? Therefore I can read before decide to buying, because I’m a beginner in css and html. I’m affraid my knowledge cannot catch up

Hi, because this is a HTML template there is no admin panel. You need to code the pages. There is very detailed documentation on how to customize every page. But then you have to upload pages via FTP to your server.. Hope you understand that.

Can I use Windows Live Writer to update the blog page?

pixel-industry

I didn’t use Windows Live Writer but from I can see in some blogs that is only WYSIWYG editor, so it isn’t possible.

Hello,

What code do I use to change what displays in the browser vs. mobile?

For example, I have this code below: <div style="width:300px; height:190px;">asdf</div>

If it is being displayed in a mobile phone I want the “width:300px;” to not be used.

Hope my question is clear.

Thanks in advance,

Tim

Hi Tim,

first of all you need to assign a class to that div. After that go to your style.css file. You will see that at the bottom of the file, thre are media queries. Each media query is for one screen resolution. So, for the mobile devices is the last media query. Inside of it, edit your div..

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. I have it working now. I just need to make sure I did it the most efficient way.

I created a class for my div.

Do I need to add my full class to each of the 4 media queries? Or do I add my class to the main section of style.css and then only add the edited class to the last media query?

Thanks,

Tim

Hello,

you need to add your class in main section in css – this is how it’s gona look on normal screen resolution. If you want to style it for smaller resolutions (iPad – first media query, mobile landscape – 2nd media query, and mobile portrait) you should add your class there too, and edit the styling.

I made some changes in contact.php you might wish to incorporate. The changes make the form more secure as they filter user input and they add the senders name to the headers:

$name = filter_var($name , FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING); $email = filter_var($email , FILTER_SANITIZE_EMAIL); $message = filter_var($message , FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING); $headers = 'From: '. $name . ' <'.$email.'>' . "\r\n" . 'Reply-To: '. $name . ' <'.$email.'>' . "\r\n" . 'X-Mailer: PHP/' . phpversion();

I noticed this great template dont have pagination system in portfolio gallery ┬┐Would you recommend one fron CodeCanyon? in order to know how much would be the budget buying this template and the pagination system. Regards

pixel-industry

Hi, glad you like our template. Well, this is HTML template and we made HTML and css styling for pagination on portfolio pages (you can see it on preview). You need to add other pages by yourself and link it to pagination number. It’s quite easy: simple make portfolio-second-page.html file and in first HTML file, that is portfolio-first-page.html, put link to second page in the place where navigation link is.. Please note that this is not WP theme, but HTML template. Hope this helps :)
