seit Wordpress 3.5 wird der Paginator auf der Portfolio-Übersicht nicht mehr angezeigt. Hast Du eine Idee, wie ich diesen Fehler beheben kann?

Yes, I also updated wordpress which I shouldn’t and the pagination is gone. And I’m also having problem with the theme’s contact form because its not submitting the senders name and email address to me, any idea why?

Thanks. I found the contact form problem, its because an other plugin I bought on codecanyon which had email branding function, now I leave it blank and it works again.

on the other hand in th previous version I had set the foother with 200px height using button the button naviogation (it doesn`t matter taht they don’t fit in the 200px height header)
The other thing is that I have set just 9 portfolio items to appear at the home peage but now there’s 18 items appearing

Hi, I´d like to update the theme because i have problems with wp 3.5 (i can´t see the list of portfolio items of a category), in your instructions you say that first i have to deactivate and later delete the theme but if i do it, What happens with my configuration in theme options (colors, backgrounds, layout…)? lost? i´ll have to configure again the theme

I updated the themes documentation. There is an easy way to update the theme from the backend: http://docs.ruventhemes.com/polyon/#updating
And don’t worry. Both updating methods won’t touch your settings. The settings are stored in the database and not in the themes files.

Updating the theme worked. I was worried about updating because some theme authors totally rework the themes causing me to have to go in and totally customize everything again. Thanks for not doing that
. All i had to do was set header and footer custom menus.
FYI The Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin (automatic updater) link is dead at the page you linked to above.

thank you. shame. but I keep coming back to this one as it is so beautifully polished. One thing I can not determine from the demo site tho is whether the home page can be set up as 3 columns of blog entries, but with the most recent entry occupying the featured (or slider) position on top of the 3 cols…?
The home page content and slider are independent from each other. The slider has its own post type and you can upload pictures to it.

No, it’s not solved…new portfolio items are not showing up. Those items on the portfolio page were posted before the 3.5 update.
Please make sure that the new portfolio item is assigned to a portfolio category that is set to show on the portfolio page (“Theme Options > Portfolio”). Please also make sure that a caching plugin is not interfeering (delete cache etc.). Hi Lea, I’d go like this: look at the applied CSS with firebug, or something like that (in Google’s Chrome Browser you can just do a “Right Click > Inspect Element”) and then to overwrite the CSS go to “Theme Options > Layout” and wirte it in the “Custom CSS” field

Hi, I love the theme and one of the reasons I purchased it was because it showed that it had “Price Boxes” but I don’t see that shortcode in the list with the others. How can I get that shortcode? Recently they auto-updated to WP 3.5 and since then the content of their SERVICES page gone missing.
Also, since the Polyon did not come with built in Contact Form – I used NinjaForms plugin, but it has been quite unstable. Do you have a recommendation for a Contact Form plugin?
Last question – what is the current version of the theme?

Polyon has a contact form that you can use via shortcode. However, the Contact Form 7 plugin should also do a good job

I have a client who didn’t add any plugins or make any changes at all, but for some reason the menu is no longer working. The logo is shown in each drop-down menu slot.

You can change the HTML output of the contact form in the file “Polyon/lib/frontend/functions/shortcodes.php” starting at line 23. If you need more form customization, I recommend the plugin “Contact Form 7”

1) I want to put a small button in the footer for ONE of the navigation elements (named “contact” with a small envelope) is this possible?
