I have chosen de first footer style (with the ribbon text). But I don’t need the FAQ’s | Sitemap | Contact items in the right below corner.

Also in my Footer 4 column I have the social media icons, but it is not outlined with the rest of the footer columns.

2 weeks ago I provided my WP login and FTP info through skype chat and received message indicating my issues would be resolved in 24hours. Two days later, I got another message via forum that issues would be resolved in 48 hours. No one has contacted me since. Problems are still on my site. Still waiting…

secondly – have you considered building a child theme on the genesis framework?

Where is the update you promised 3 days ago “in 2 hours”? This was after stating on Skype that you are updating “this afternoon” last week. Still have problems that need to be resolved and I keep getting empty promises on.

I’m trying to work with you but can only go off of what you tell us, when you actually respond.

Can we have a real update that you can actually follow through on this time?

Issues you said would be fixed last week:

1. Twitter widget not formatting correctly within module 2. Videos not responsive on mobile and tablets. They overflow into other modules. 3. Menu overlaps logo in mobile/tablet 4. Social share buttons from plugins like Flare/Digg Digg appear within every module on a page.

At this point, I can care less about the total upgrade to Bootstrap 3. At the very least, spend less time with a total upgrade and instead fix the components that have been reported so far so we can have a functional site with the features and functions that were promised with the original purchase.

What’s to say there aren’t going to be other new problems that we encounter with Bootstrap 3. Please give us a full working version on 2 and take your time to upgrade internally and TEST, TEST, TEST before you release a buggy and incomplete theme to those who have already paid you expecting for something that works as promised.

When I set the header to v6 in the theme settings page, it works fine for logged in users but works only in the homepage if you are not logged in, please see by yourself:

Hi, I have some questions about activation. I have activated on a development hosting account and reinstalled on new host. I have exported and imported all data to new host but of course the content is not showing up because I need to activate on new host. First I would need to have me key re-set so I can activate on new host plus…until I know everything has been moved over correctly I want to still have access to the content on the old host. The site builder does not work unless you have an active licenses. I have already purchased 2 licenses because I was set-up on a sub-domain of a main site install. I am worried if you deactivate one license I will no longer have access to the site builder on the old server and need to have access until I know all content is moved.

How can we do this?

Can i add Tabs to portfolio single item ? I can see it could be created in Builder, but there is no Builder in Portfolio’s single item.

Is there a way to make the phone number more pronounced/ visible in the header?

Is the phone number also clickable when on a phone?

Can we do NO slider, and have an above the fold area more like www.brand.com? I’d like a video and lead capture area there, followed by a very visible Strong Call To Action right below.

I revoice the same issues they have below.

Can’t use my license after testing on a dev server. They have yet to reset it after requesting.

Sample data is incomplete. You get the menus and blank pages, but can’t see content as it’s displayed in the demo.
