Which map row? I don’t understand. I have a row with Google map and row with Rich Text containing the contact shortcode. I have touched anything except update.

I added the username you supplied previously to Skype but have had no response since the 23rd November!!

I upgraded and got all types of errors. I had to go back to 1.0.6. @willhearne, did you do it from wp dashboard or manually? It didn’t let me do it from the theme upgrade area so I had to go manual. Anything I should be doing differently?

I’ve updated the template, and my site has stopped working properly: do not let me customize the logo, has changed the distribution of my columns, map has now disappeared, etc … ... ... ...

I am having major issues installing SpyroBuilder. It crashes my wordpress. I had to ftp in and delete the theme.

I reinstalled and followed the same process several times.

I did register with purchase code. I bought this theme 2 times. The first time it worked just fine.

Second time, major issues.

I have 2 purchased authorizations under one name, is this an issue?

3 issues after update i hope you can address them as soon as you can.

1. All columns are missed up. I have to go and create new set of columns and move my content to them, then it will work fine.

2. All button sizes changed. Now I have to go and create a new set of buttons to make it work again.

3. on main menu I see // double hashes.

For example:

Home /Product & Services /Cloud backups

it shows up as

Home / / Product & Services / / Cloud backups

I did install your migration plugin and these issues are actually after (theme upgrade then plugin activation). I still need to re-do all columns and create new set of buttons.

Agree with @webpulsesolutions : I kept my content in theme builder, not in wordpress default editor for all pages. But page content not appear in search result even as an excerpt. This should be fixed as SEO is a primary marketing and web function for websites

There is a problem password protecting pages/posts when they are using the builder. I tried password protecting a page and it doesn’t work. I created another protected page using the WP editor and it protected just fine.

Day 2 – Bad Service (No Response)

I have asked you guys for support on this forum, I have submitted a request on your support page, I have skyped you, Emailed you and even called the phone number you auto reply when I sent you an email and no response. I am sorry to say but of the over a hundred items I have bought here on Themeforest I have never gotten such bad service.

I upgraded and to 1.0.7 and I have having problems with my information made in Spyro builder.

When I try to install it I get the error Failed: Unknown Site Request

Thank GOD they finally fixed it. The support guy was very apologetic and said they are working hard at helping everyone. Skype was the best way to get support for me.
