Columns are now being put into new rows…

Hi. I have activated my porto theme on my live word press site. and all was fine. Now I installed it on my local machine to finalize my development. But now the verify key does not work.

Ps. Is it possible to have the development local and online with the same activation key? It is only for one website.. Please reset for me Regards

The Author have serious problems with their system. and support is laggy.. takes days until you get a reply from them. to bad because their designs are good. but the help and support isnt there for the products

I bought this theme about two weeks ago and yesterday gave up. They have terrible support, there are question in the support forum that are there for days…I had it on a test domain and then later find out I need a new key to put onto my real site is just ludicrious..this is also as buggy and slow as ever. It is not a fast application by any means…and not worth the trouble at all..this theme should be $10 but NOT anywhere near the price it is at today..its in serious BETA!

We agree we are lacking in support but we are moving to and setting it up.

For theme we have fixed things in version and nothing is perfect bugs are there and we are fixing and releasing updates regularly.

Wow..you replied to a post but can’t even answer my support questions. Now we know where the priority lies…lower your cost, answer your support case’s on the site, and BE HONEST with people. What I said is true and you admitted it and you move on. Again, your Theme is not ready for prime time nor is your environment.

Very dissatisfied with this theme. If you move the site or reinstall the purchase id doesn’t work anymore. The site update would not work either, and as stated earlier their support is minimal at best. Visit their support page and see for yourself.

I upgraded the theme and I can’t use Spyropress anymore, tomorrow I have to show the website to my client so I had to buy another theme similar to this. Not satisfied at all

Having the same problem as post. Upgraded and broke my site.

Why send out an update if you haven’t got all the bugs yet… that’s kind of the point of sending an update, to fix bugs, not break our websites.

We had a perfect site and we like to keep our sites secure – we upgraded and now the site isn’t working, parallax is missing and styling is WAY OFF for the site.

This is completely un-professional. What country are you from that you push out such horrible code and justify it by saying “nothing is perfect – bugs are there”???

People make their living off of your theme and you think it’s not a big deal to push out code that hasn’t been tested yet?

Another reason why all sites should be built off of companies that care like WooThemes.

That’s the problem – anyone can put up a wordpress theme and start selling. It’s unfortunate for us buyers that we “trust” these sellers with putting out themes that work through upgrades.

I guess that’s what we pay for with a one-time payment.

Is there a way to get an answer from the support people? I bought a theme, but can’t use them because the installation of the SpyroBuilder does not work. I get a Forbidden message. Skype, email, twitter, their own forum… northing.

I have done both: I send an email, send a ticket, send a skype message and a Tweet… I have to deliver the site. I bought it, but can not work with it till the SpyroBuilder is working. And on your website you will see multiple questio from others with the same problem.
