Hello, I have finished my site and installed the latest version for good measure. My logo looks all “squished” with this new release. I really need to make my company page live asap! Please can you (the developer) or and members who have a working knowledge of exactly what files to edit please help asap.

ATTENTION – FOLKS!

I fixed my header by going to themes\porto\templates\header

In this folder theres all the headers that you can choose – Find the one that you have chosen in the settings.

Find the line: <img alt="<?php bloginfo( 'name' ) ?>" width="111" height="54" data-sticky-width="82" data-sticky-height="40" src="<?php echo $logo ?>" />

And remove the width="111" height="54"

Thank you webforum! This at least allows me to deploy it for now until they release a fix for it.

Its works only if you don’t scroll. You will have to change the theme.js script as well. I just edited the line logoWidth = logo.attr(“width”), to the size of my logo logoWidth = 235, Its really “dirty” but i cant wait for this developer any longer to release a fix..

I just edited the logo theme.js like this. Make the logosmall exactly half otherwise it makes the logo look a bit blurry. logoWidth = 354, logoHeight = 118, logoPaddingTop = 10, logoSmallWidth = 177, logoSmallHeight = 59;

I have updated to Porto 1.0.9, but am still unable to add or edit Rich Text Modules. What is more, as my change was urgent, I made the edit via the database which has caused all the Spyropress Builder content to disappear from the live site page and admin page. Spyropress Builder is wonderful when it works, but hell when it does not. Please respond to my support ticket as soon as possible as my client’s site is currently broken.

Hello,

I originally purchased the HTML version of Porto and completed the website. When i realized i needed this version for the blog i went ahead and purchased this one, however i am having a little difficulty merging the two together.

I’ve uploaded this version in a new directory /blog and have been trying to make it look like the original Porto blog page.

I can’t seem to get the navigation menu to appear, or anything else such as the footer (i have edited these settings in the control panel though)

I am using Porto, and have just purchased an SSL certificate for our site. As soon as I activated the plugin for the SSL, all of my Porto pages went blank. I realized this was because the verification code was “blank”. I re-entered the verification code, all of the Porto pages came back and looked good… and 10 minutes later, they were gone and the verification code was blank.

Please don’t tell me I have to update to the latest version of the Porto theme… because when I attempted to install it the other day, my entire site went down and I had the “white screen of death”. I don’t have the time to go through and rebuild/replace everything that is changed because of the theme, and I can’t have a site without SSL.

What is wrong with the verification process? Why does your site accept a verification code from a non-SSL site and then choke on an SSL from the very same site?

I too just bought the theme and immedietly got hit by the logo bug. I have messaged the author but I’m not holding my breath judging by some of the comments here.

I will try and do the dirty hack fix mentioned above… although that seems to only work for some people.

Im guessing, unless I hear from the author in the next 48 hours, I will just take a refund and go elsewhere as I dont have the time to sit and wait.

I have Update Wordpress 3.9 and Alsi I Check Other People Comment and Understood there is No Support from Spyropress, There is Many Thing is disappear Rich Text Modules in wordpress

I Already Contacted them before this new problem and address them issue for footer problem and ask them “why selected footer not working” then had not reply since 90 days (what even method we use like direct email or support or commenting) if elite author is genuine why he is not answering email or comment of people I think We all have to Ask “Group Refund”

Can anybody be kind enough to mail me the demo .xml file??? i tried to go on they’re support forum but it seems to be down. and the “Import Demo Data” Button isn’t even located under Spyropress ยป Theme Options.

like other people “live preview” and “Customize site” have stopped working – you can’t change the “site title & tagline”, “navigation” or “static front page” anymore… used to work fine – tried on old WP versions and old versions of Porto… Other templates working fine, so it’s just this one. What is the problem and when will it be fixed?
