Fixed the responsive issue, was a plugin that did not play nicely with the theme, its called under construction plugin in case anyone needs to know

Not displaying portfolio items in Chrome or IE – not tested anything else. I was going to buy but feedback doesn’t sound too good!

Can somebody tell me, how i implemented the Flyout Menu correctly? The menu appears only in the expand-view and and can not be reduced.

I resubmitted my ticket on Apr 29 and spoke to a support technician, he said that within 48hrs I would either receive instructions to fix my problem or it would be fixed. I haven’t received or seen any change, it it now May 6

Support was good when I first purchased this several months ago but has since been terrible. Logged a support ticket over a month ago and still no response other than to ask for details which were already provided in the initial ticket – then to tell me they were closing it due to my lack of response, the cheek of it! Will be raising a request for a refund if not resolved with some urgency as it’s useless as it is. Support ticket number: 736436
I apologize about the delay in replying. The problem has been fixed, it was a user-side error. You were not setting a featured image for the posts. If you set a featured image, it will show up.
I can not stress enough how much you should stay away from buying this theme, it does not work correctly and the support is horrible. They should be ashamed of their service and Envato should be ashamed that they are here selling on the site.

I have 3 questions so far.
1. It looks like updates have been made to the theme since I downloaded. Is there way to update my theme without downloading new and starting fresh?
2. At the top, the option to send an email does not deliver to my email address. Where can I change this? The correct email is listed in the ‘contact’ page set up.
3. I’m looking to create a sub-page that links to a category. Example: I have ‘Portfolio’ on my menu and ‘jewelry’ as a subcategory. The url “__.com/portfolio-category/jewelry” will take me to the selection I would like, but when I go to put that as permalink on the ‘jewelry’ page it autocorrects to “__.com/portfolio-categoriesjewelry” What am I missing?
