How can I disable the responsiveness?
Remove theme’s /css/grid.css file
I know you say go to your support team, but it says to come here.. So, In the services shortcode demo, you have 3 spreading out filling 100% of the width. I can’t seem to get that result even though i copied the shortcode.

Check your shortcode in “HTML” mode of visual editor and remove unwanted tags.
Hi, I was able to set the colors on my theme with the custom colors menu but the skins menu doesn’t seem to be working at all. Also with the portfolio items i created they don’t seem to be working properly if set them to be just portfolio content. They are giving 404 errors when you go to click on the portfolio items. Although if i set them to anything else such as AJAX portfolio content it works perfectly. I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this situation.

2. Please switch to default Wordpress permalink setting.

Hi,
I have purchased the theme and in theory its great. Its perfect for my project. However when getting into the theme i am having alot of trouble with it. I have followed the documenation very closely and having trouble.
1. Theme updater doesn’t seem to work. 2. Slider manager. I have uploaded a test slider, however it appears 25% of the slider size on the homepage. I have no content added and the image size is large enough.
Any help is much appreciated.

The theme works great. One problem though; we installed the Visual Form Builder plugin which looks great; http://www.netnotion.nl/offerte-online-vindbaarheid. But the submit button (‘aanvragen’ in Dutch) doesn’t work.
After doing some research I found this; the theme has a jQuery file that is replacing the Submit button and this is what’s affecting the submission process.
My question now; how can we fix this? Can you help us out?
There are javascript conflict between theme’s script and plugin’s script.

Hello, how do I adjust the cropping in the thumbnails for the portfolio section? Right now it’s just defaulting to a mid-level crop that makes it difficult to tell what the image is. Doesn’t work well for product shots. Can I get the thumbnail to display as a whole instead of cropped? Any help with this would be great. Thanks.
Thank you, that seems to work well. Great suggestion. Another request I’m getting is to see if I can get text that goes with each portfolio item in the post section to appear to the right of the image when clicked on, rather than below. A lot of the products we feature have lengthy descriptions that we would like to have appear on the right of the image like a catalog item would. Is there a way to do this?

Hello, I’m using the Portfolio functionality to display my products. I have them categorized into sets and it works well. One issue I can’t resolve is when I’m filtering to a particular set, the headline on the top bar reads a random product name as opposed to the Sets name assigned to it. How do I switch this so that it’s not just placing a random product name in the bar? Any help with this would be fantastic. Looking forward to a response. Thank you.

I would like to make a child theme as there are some small things I’d like change. Are there any issues I should be aware of?
Change “The Blog” to “Latest News” in single.php for example
I am no expert on child theme but if you want to translate theme. You can edit po file in /languages folder of theme to translate.

I’m having an odd issue with your theme. It seems that there is a wierd CSS file that is being pulled from Google Fonts, and it is linking to a 404 page, the exact file is called css?ver=3.4.2 and is located at http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?ver=3.4.2. I have confirmed that it is an issue with your theme, because when I tried a different one (2012) the error disappeared. Hi, my short code is not working correctly when I add it to works sometimes and other times does not plus and anytime I add it or add an image it overrides all formatting. Any thoughts?
Also, have you checked the responsive sizing on the tablet version. It seems to be off and I noticed it is also off on the demo. Wish I would have seen that before. Any update coming to fix?
