Nope, no self hosted audio. But I believe it’s just soundcloud temporary problem so should be good soon.

Well, you can always try to find a plugin and put shortocode in the embedded area if you’ll need self hosted files. Maybe that would work.

Make sure you have them set as ‘Featured Image’. You can also always send me an email with wp admin details and I will look into this.

Nice wide-styling theme! Can I use it for magazine? I mean, I need have the following: unlimited sidebars with double sidebars too (especially for 1440px width!), some review system and unlimited bg-images for each page/post. Also the WPML support is well too. Can your beautiful Practical theme provide me all of this?

1. Unlimited sidebars can be done with additional plugin, so it’s not a problem.
2. There is only one sidebar (left or right) to choose. But adding two sidebars shouldn’t be too hard. I can say it’s pretty easy and you shouldn’t have problems with settings this up.
3. There are mo/po files for translations. I haven’t tested it with WPML plugin, but there shouldn’t be any problems.

As a customer, I like, when the useful options are already “on the boat”. Because there are the huge offer of other themes here thanks to Themeforest market.
If it is so easy to add unlimited sidebars, reviews system and double sidebars layout, getting the WPML-certificate too, why you didn’t it for your nice well-looking theme?
Anyway, the theme is really well designed! Good luck with sale of it!
Nope, there is no options for custom bg at each page.
I didn’t put those functions by default because I didn’t want to create over bloated theme. It’s not magazine theme, by default at least. If you need additional functionality you’ll have to customize this or find another theme from magazine category which will suit you needs.
I didn’t say adding those plugins is easy, I said about creating additional page template with two sidebars.

Hi Maarcin, Can’t see screens from theme options panel on your themes demo. I’m getting message from FF about wrong url of the pictures. Especially I’m interested in typography options: is it possible to choose different Google fonts for content, headings and nav menu from admin panel.

You can choose couple standard fonts and every google font there is for: body, headings, navigation and elements like meta.

Hello, i’m having a problem when trying to show blog post main page, i just found a solution sorting by category but is not a good solution, its there a way to create a page an assign a template like there is for Homepage, Contact and so.

there is no template for blog where you can choose categories etc. You just set up the blog page in settings -> reading and that’s it. If you need couple of them you can do this only by adding custom links with category in your menu e.g. yoursite.com/themes/practicalwp/category/category-1/

Hi, i’m running this template since yesterday and everything works fine, but i have a problem to use e.g. [mt_list style=”square”]. All list styles are completely ignored. Other shortcodes doing fine. Any ideas?

After you put this shortcode you have to add unordered list inside. You can drop me an email with admin details to your page and I’ll show you how to do this. You simply add this shortcode, put every list item in new line, select them all and click on unordered list. This will create ul between shortcode.

There is builded in plugin prettyPhoto for galleries etc which you can use in posts.
And you should also add size=”gallery-thumbs” to your gallery shortcodes, because default gallery takes 150×150 thumbs and images looks a little bit disorted.

I have just purchased your great theme and have just hit a wall. Your logo looks good because it is only the height of your white nav however my logo is larger and I have noticed it aligns the top of my logo with the top of the white nav. If there any way to make the logo and nav align horizontally instead of the top.
