Hey there! I needed a site done yesterday, but the theme I got is underwhelming boilerplate with several major malfunctions, limited ability to customize, and worst of all….NO SUPPORT and basically no documentation!!

I have had a few very simple questions that needed an answer on FRIDAY, and 3 requests in, I still have not heard a damn word back from them. I want a new theme right now so I can get this sucker online by tomorrow. I’m reposting in my top 5 choices, and first reply back can shut up and take my money.

Oops, allow me to clarify! The problem was not with your theme, but another one which I purchased on another account. However, you did win the contest, so I’m buying you guys right now.

Looks like an awesome theme, and I doubt I’ll have any problems with it. If I do though, I will send them sometime tonight. What are your hours/time zone? If I send a message with 3 questions tonight at 11pm Pacific Standard will I likely receive a reply by 6pm tomorrow? If I know how to read instructions and follow directions accurately, will I even need to ask questions?

I’m sure it’s quite simple.. The links from the “our services” shortcode are set to ”#” by default. How can I change this to link each service to it’s specific page?

another question – Is it possible to translate home page to different languages? I use WPML and it ignores my translations (I mean theme options in appearance tab) In your sample there is “features products”

We have tested this theme with WPML and its compatible with it. Not sure about the qTranslate plugin but you can give it a try and let us know the results. If you are facing any issue with the WPML plugin please goto our support site and submit a ticket.

It is a nice theme. The only concern that I have is that I already installed woocommerce. If I buy this, is it going to work or not? If it doesn’t work, is there any way to replace woocommerce with something different and then install this theme?

I really like the theme, I don’t want to lose it. After looking so many themes, the only theme that I liked is this one.

I am sorry to say that currently Preciso is not supporting woocommerce. Preciso is built for WPeCommerce plugin by getshopped.org. We are working on the WooCommerce version and will be available for purchase till the end of the next week or maybe sooner.

Yes you replied but until now no action has been taken.. we need to get this site up and running. And we hope choosing your this theme is not a big mistake we made..

Bug we need to fix :

  • The no 6 logo in the home page go down we need something like the one in your demo site using 6 logo under brand logo
  • Product categories in the drop down menu is not working also it shows all the product if we click on each categories in the drop down menu
  • We cant arrange our product under product page what to displayed
  • Breadcrumbs Navigation is not working in the individual products page
  • If we select 4 column template in the product page its a total mess

Please fix this one we already sent you the login credentials for you to fix this

Hi i am so disappointed on how you support site response i take almost 4 days for theme to response and until now we still have issue.

And the most worse thing is that for almost a weeks now we see this error ” Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order” in the checkout page which we thou a bug from wp-ecommerce plugin and hassle the developer of wp-ecommerce plugin and today i have try to have a free ecommerce theme and everything is working using the same settings we have.(Only change the theme) . Shipping Calculator is working and Shipping method selection is working also.

I was so disappointed by this one since this theme advertise as wp-ecommerce compatible.

We need to go live on 2 days. If this is not been solve we have no other option but to ask for a refund this we cant used this theme.

Yes it was replied, the last one i posted date : May 9, 2014 at 2:41am and it was replied on 20 hours ago. And some are not yes solve

this is one of the reply i receive : “The issue related to the breadcrumbs is a Bug in the theme and is forwarded to the development team to fix it quickly and the theme will be updated soon. “

And regarding the issue i have in the check out Thats only my observation maybe you can confirm by testing it using the new release from wp-ecommerce and latest version of wordpress since that what i am using

Hi i just got a reply from the wp ecommerce support and they belive out that this issue we have in the shipping calculator is something to do with the theme.. please fix this one.

Your shipping calculator is not showing at all on the checkout page. I believe its something in your wpec theme files inside your theme folder.

Again I have answered something that has to do with my question. The problem is not the wrong answer, or that we do not understand. The problem is that the support system is so slow, it take a week for an answer.

I’ve invested a lot of money and personal resources to feed this template and is not my first choice to change it.

If I were forced to do so would ask my money back, and you indemnify me. I am a usual buyer of Theme Forest and as you can see I have not had a problem with a template, or plugins support …

But I want, just ask URGENT and efficient support on my ticket, which I just upgraded repeating my problem.

Dear #ThemeForest As a solution to the problem, where Pixelart detects a problem in the template, they tell me that on Sunday would rise one update without the problem, then let me know on Monday that the update is available, but the update it’s the same files, with the same modification date March, unchanged, and if installed, the problem continues. It’s been a month and more and still have no solution!

Sorry so many problems that has brought me this template. Please help urgently with this. It turns out that I wanted to put a plugin to display the photo gallery with fancybox product, and does not take the theme plugins.

Attached screenshots in the ticket.

Please tell me that I should put the code files so that I take the plugins, specifically I should change because I can not reinstall the theme, because I have modified the css and details.

Sorry, but you take weeks to respond, and when you do, do not check either the ticket, and answer things without depth. Concrete and real blunders. Errors seriously hit me with a client. I never had problems with theme of Themforest. And the only way where I got that faster attendent was asking for this chat get served my tickets.

You say things work, but not reviewed, and assume that work. When you show them the error of a series of roundtrip ticket to cover them are taken and wasting valuable time in the development of a project, and the inability to change my theme by loading store data.
