Support is intended to provide assistance to buyers who experience issues, but please keep in mind that items purchased from ThemeForest and CodeCanyon are provided “as-is” with no guarantee of support.

If I determine the issues are caused by user error or are the result of a plugin, I’ll ask that you retrace your edits or contact the developer of the plugin you’re using. Additionally, items purchased through a bundle promotion on ThemeForest are not eligible for support or updates.

For customizations, unless it is something I know off the top of my head or is something I can quickly look up and research, I’ll have to ask that you use other customization services. Thanks!

Before asking questions, please be sure that you have read the file documentation which came packaged with your download. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions.

Support covers getting setup, using features and general bugs/issues with my items. If you require help that is not within this scope, such as on how to use default WordPress functionality itself then I would likely redirect you to external articles or support forums instead.
