I purchased a bundle that contained your theme. I understand that most content offered in bundles does not include support. I see there was some bug fixes after the bundle was released. Do I qualify to get those “minor bug fixes”? Thank you

Hey, unfortunately not. All bundles are as-is purchases. Without buying the theme direct, there is no physical way to give you the updated files. You would need to buy the theme directly should you want/need support/updates.

Still lov’n this theme and have had lots of compliments and success with it! Can you elaborate on the “minor bugs”. I received the theme in the bundle and always looking out to see if I should upgrade (security reasons primarily).

Also, just noticed that when using the archive template, the month query will not work. I think it may be because my “pretty urls” don’t include the date (ie. just the title)...just goes back to the home page. When I get a chance, I’ll probably just try the archive shortcode on a plain page, but did want to make you aware of a possible bug :)

theme looks really good. however, the background bars across the top and the left sidebar are shifted to the left / off the screen in the ipad browser. tested it in safari on a normal mac and it’s fine. also fine in webos and win7.

any chance you can check out the shifting on safari for the ipad? i’d prefer to buy a theme that is proper across all platforms. thanks!

Hi, you would be able to change this behaviour by setting the size of the viewport on mobile devices. Setting the size is very simple, just a single line addition e.g. <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=1000”>

Hi, sure, you would need to edit the template files and add it with HTML to do so however.

My install failed because the theme is missing the style.css style sheet. Or so Wordpress says.

Tried to access support through Premium Pixels, but I don’t have an account and so, although there was an issue with ‘no style sheet” I couldn’t access it. I found a way to log in, but no way to sign up. Very unhappy and frustrated with this product.

Your issue sounds like a common one, you will need to install the folder INSIDE the download package and not the whole thing. The download contains the PSDs, screenshots, docs etc, not just the theme.

Hey, I love the theme but I think there’s a major security vulnerability with it.

When I originally installed it my server got hacked through it and I had to delete it. Not totally sure if it was from this theme, I installed it again and within another day I was hacked again. Removed the theme and haven’t had any problems since.

Any ideas?

Hi, there are no security issues with the theme, it could be that the vulnerability could have been with a plugin or file which was still on your server. Your database could also be compromised after the original hack. Your web host might have a better clue as to where the attack came from.

Maybe I am just tired or being an idiot but how do I get the posts to show only the summary (excerpt) and not the full post on the main page? I have changed it to summary in Reading but nothing seems to be working.

Dont worry I see that I need to inset the <!-more-> into all posts.

Hi, great theme! However, I’m having problems with the drop-downs on the top menu, when I hover over them they drop down okay, but when I go to select a button from the menu which drop-downs, it disappears. Any ideas?

I wish to create a news website using your template. The news will be provided by another news site that provides an RSS Feed. Is it possible to use this template to receive the RSS Feeds, I wish to customize the site so when I receive the feed automatically it looks presentable and more aesthetic.

Hi, you would most certainly need to use a plugin to take the RSS and convert it into posts – WordPress does not have this ability built in. Once you have found a decent plugin which is able to do this for you, you should have no problems using it with this theme.

Still trying to figure out why the featured image disappears when you click and go to the actual post? Not sure what I might have done to make it disappear but I’d like to have the featured image to always be visible, whether on the home page or post page… Thank you!
