Premium real estate theme using valid CSS , XHTML & jQuery. The theme is very well commented, easy to modify and ready to publish with your content. Although it’s not needed to publish your site, I have provided 17 Photoshop files that include the master layout along with a psd for each graphic used. It also comes with a working contact & newsletter form using a PHP script.
The accordion on the home page uses XML to make it easy to add your content. (also provided a non XML version)
