Hi pre-sale question: Is it easily possible to resize the slider on home page or any page? Would like to make it shorter in height, rather than entire screen

Sorry for our late reply. Basically there is no restriction on slider image height. You can get shorter in height slider by using shorter in height images.

Customer Support Issue

Customer support become a big issue in PrimaThemes on the last 2 months. It is simply because we are back to be single fighter (one man) on the last 2 months and we had no time for timely support because of some personal issues/incidents in our real life.

Moving Forward

We are bringing two new full-time members to PrimaThemes that will start to join us effectively on 19 May, 2014. We hope these two members will bring PrimaThemes back to our standard performance or better.

where do you want to place it exacly? if you want to put it on current “blue” header on the theme demo, it is possible because you can use custom HTML for this header. but, you can also do that by adding that field by editing theme file.

what newsletter provider that you want use to capture email from your visitors? if the provider have provided ready to use email subscription form html, then it will be easy, only need to style it to make it looks good.

Just installed your theme onto a clean install of Wordpress (3.9.1) with the latest WPEC plugin (3.8.14.1) and the two shortcode generator buttons are missing from the toolbar. Please advise, thank you.

that is correct, the shortcode generator buttons is missing on WP3.9 because of new TinyMCE4 (the engine of WYSIWYG editor). we will release new version, 1.4, that also bring this generator backs on this week. thanks for your patience.

Hi, I’m currently running WP Flexishop. Will this new PrimaShop theme be easy to switch over to? That is, do I just upload this new theme and activate it (and no doubt adjust a few settings) or do I have to reupload all of my products?
