Hi obox, I’ve purchased your theme and I can’t find where to change the number of columns in my ‘Portfolio’. Could you please tell me how? I imagine there’s a simple solution.

Nevermind just found it! :)

Hello the theme breaks when go into landscape on a tablet (Nexus 7). It makes the navigation unaccessible for touch and also the background colour for the logo section does not appear. Is there any fix for this?

Once you are registered you will be redirected to your profile where you will need to enter your Purchase Code.

To get your purchase code you need to login to ThemeForest and go to the “Downloads” tab, you will see a ‘Download’ button next to the theme you purchased. Click this button and a drop-down will appear with a link to your “License Certificate”. The .txt file in that download contains your “Item Purchase Code” which you can then use to login to the Obox forums.

Hello, I just purchased this theme, but when I tried to upload the file to Wordpress, I received a message that says the theme cannot be uploaded because the file style.css stylesheet is missing. When I visit the support page, it doesn’t allow me to submit a ticket. Is there anyway I can resolve this? Thank you.

Please make sure to first export the zip file that you downloaded from TF. In that file you’ll find the correct file to upload to WP.

Hello! I bought this theme some years ago. In the last time, I used another one, but now, the time is near, I want to use it again. Installation and view are correct, but when I want to config this theme, the preview creates an PHP-error in the customize.php. Here’s the error:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in …/wp-content/themes/principles/ocmx/theme-setup/customize.php on line 278, 281 to 295

Do you have an idea, how I can fix this issue?
