Is this theme going to be updated anytime soon? there are some items that have needed to be corrected for a while now (like the mobile site… looks terrible). When can we expect the update? (bought this under a different account by the way (admarkjj))

Please extract the download pack and you can find the folder documentation. There is a index.html file inside it, open this file in a browser.

I have installed the theme and then used the demo data however when I click on the Splash menu icons it adds a # in front of the page name and does not send it there. Also the One Page is not working. Seeking help!

I need to post a ticket to your overly complicated and obtuse “customer support” portal. I cannot find my “purchase code.” Can you tell me how to proceed? My issues are below and for the public to see …

First – I’m getting a message across the top of my WordPress dashboard that “Current theme needs Prisma-Shortcodes Plugin to work properly.” When I search for this plugin on WordPress there are no results. Like it doesn’t exist.

Second, the import of the demo data said it was successful, but it didn’t do anything.

Third, your documentation shows a “Splash Menu Settings” tab in the Theme Options. It doesn’t exist in my Theme Options.

Fourth, the “Icon Codes” do absolutely nothing when added to the menu settings.

This theme is not working on any level despite following your “support” documents.

Sorry, your support system is as user friendly as the theme itself, and your information is outdated. That is where the purchase code used to be. As you can see from the below screenshot, it’s no longer there. Any chance you’ll answer my questions anyway since I’m clearly a purchaser of this theme?

Very unhappy with this theme. Slow support, no updates and nonexistent knowledge base.. Support has answered 1 of 3 tickets. Tickets were about legitimate functionality of the template, not customizations.

Author, you recently updated this theme, where is the change log? I can’t find it anywhere even in your support site. By the way, your support site is virtually nonexistent. Suffice it to say, you designed the support site to keep people out, even those who bought your themes. It would be helpful, if you could provide the link to the change log. Thank you.
