Hello,

How do I get my logo to keep its transparent background?

I’ve added a logo using the theme options. The image has a transparent background in the PSD file. I have converted it to PNG . I have called ended the file name with -trans.png as suggested.

But the logo shows up with a white background instead of transparent.

How do i fix it?

Hello – I bought your theme, but when I tried to install it, in WordPress, I get the following errors. The theme is then listed as “Broken”, and I can’t seem to delete it. I am using WordPress 3.03.

hey cudazi great theme, really but there’s one slight problem: in the menu (header section) you offer the choices of changing:

Main Menu – Text Color Main Menu – Text Color on Hover Main Menu – Background Color on Hover

I want the following colors BROWN : Main Menu – Text Color WHITE : Main Menu – Text Color on Hover BROWN : Main Menu – Background Color on Hover

when I change this and click one page item, e.g. about, I end up with the text color and background color BOTH being BROWN . Therefore you can’t really know, as a user, what page you are currently on, unless you put you mouse over the link (then the color changes to WHITE – text color on hover). I tried adding css in the menu and played with the following options:

menu ul li a:hover, #menu ul li.current_page_item, {

background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #42210B; color: #FFFFFF;}

menu ul li a:active {

background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #42210B; color: #FFFFFF;}

But whatever I do, I always end up with BROWN background (#42210B) and brown link : #menu ul li a { color: #42210B;} Please tell me how to fix this. Thanks

I use firebug a lot, and I have been trying to fix this issue for several days. Nothing works. And I am sorry for the previous post, apparently after submitting the message, some elements of HTML /CSS got stripped (forgot to use code tags).

I do realise that you’re not a teacher and you can’t address every question about how to use CSS . Also a professional coder could probably deal with this issue by quickly rewriting the CSS files. The problem is that a) I am not a professional coder and can’t really afford one at the moment, b) I have studied CSS for some time now and roughly know the basics. I easily managed to alter other themes available on Themeforest, but I am having trouble with one tiny aspect of your seemingly superb theme – ProBlog.

THE QUESTION . Please tell me why this doesn’t work:

#menu UL LI A:active {
background: #42210B;
color:#ffffff;
}

According to what I know about CSS it should fix the problem but it simply doesn’t work – the text new text color #ffffff cannot override the default settings for

#menu ul li a

The following doesn’t fix this problem either:

#menu ul li.current_page_item {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #42210B;
    color: #FFFFFF;
}

What happens is this: When I select a page (e.g. About) the background and text-color are the same so there is NO TEXT in the selected link. (you can see this by looking at the website www.nowadebata.pl).

THE SOLUTION would be the following: In the Theme Settings menu all you need to do is add one more option (the fourth one below):

Main Menu - Text Color
Main Menu - Text Color on Hover
Main Menu - Background Color on Hover
Main Menu - Text Color on Active Page

I hope this is clear. Please help me by answering THE QUESTION .

I did have a question! In your live demo, the posts are collapsable or have the “continue reading” so the posts dont look huge. How do I enable that? I read through the instructions and cant figure it out.

Also, On my main “home” page, I have a sidebar, but on the pages, there is no sidebar. how do I fix that?
