Hi there, I’m trying to figure out the right photo size for the full width slider as you have on your live preview site.
I right clicked on the images you currently have uploaded to your site and got that the image size was 1920×800 – however when I insert an image of this size into the slider with the slider setting set to: Full Width Slider – ON Slider Style: Slide Slide Resizing Method: Fit
The slider shows up small… and not like the slider with the two gentlemen shaking hands.
I also tried a different size slide with the same settings, but with the image of the slider as set to 1899×395 – the slider fits across the whole page, but looks too thin when viewing on mobile.

Does this theme still use Lazy Loading for images?
Yes, It does but not only on shortcodes.
Just a quick note to say this is a well designed and well crafted theme. Its versatility and flexibility has met and exceeded all of my critical requirements. My only concern with giving it a five star rating is that it will become too popular!

Do you recommend any particular hosting provider in your professional opinion. I am considering moving to Hostgator. My main concern is page load speeds as it affects my SEO. Thanks.

I have updates that need to be added to the website. I have not been into the wordpress back end in a while and now when I go to click on the vamtam editing panel it just brings up a screen saying loading and I cant get into it?
Can you tell me what the problem is?
Also I know there is a new version of the theme that I need to install, but I am worried to do this as the code has been edited in places. If I install the new theme update these will all be overwritten???

You should update your theme to the latest version: http://support.vamtam.com/solution/articles/2752-5-steps-to-update-a-theme If you have used the custom css area in the admin panel for your changes then you are safe. If you’ve modified files then you should use the changelog and replace only the files from the update: http://support.vamtam.com/solution/categories/2315/folders/87659/articles/41290-updates-and-changelogPlease note that this approach will work if you update from 1.5 . If you haven’t updated the theme long time then you should replace the files you have modified after the update.

Also I have connected to the ftp and in the remote site there seems to be two folders one is progressio which seems to have all the php files but then there is another folder progressio 1.3 which has a documentation and licensing folder? What do I replace?

i know it’s not possible from the panel, but do you think it’s possible if i change the source code of the lightbox (where is it ?). it’s possible to find and ask those information in the database and put them in the ligthbox ?

The logo area shrunk after a change in logo size, even after I put it back to the previous, and then even the default logo that came with the theme. How do I correct that?
On top of that, seems my theme got broken somehow, I don’t even know how, perhaps you’ve seen this problem before.

YEah, I kinda solved the issue right after posting this. It was the header settings.
Anyway, with that sais, if you look at it again, you’ll see that the header isn’t stretching across the screen as it should.

Please go to advanced settings – styles – header -Header background picture repeat. Make sure that it is set to repeat horizontally. Alternatively you can set a dark blue color as a header background.
Please note that you can override the global options on a page by page basis. The local option panel is located just under the text editor in each page/post.
