You need to refresh the site. I don’t know why is it so (maybe initializing the slider sooner than images are loaded). I’ll take a look.

Why does the top image with the ‘text effect’ over the top keep going wrong (first page at the top). On your demo if I leave the page and come back later the text goes under each other and the images start going out of alignment?

I see you have used modernizr – what parts of this did you use? This system gets updated all the time and if we use your template we will need to get the latest version from time to time to test.
I actually do not use Modernizr at all. I have included it for development purposes, as it is easier for me to help and for users to modify the code.

The slider on your demo shows mulitple images. My number of slides will change from day-to-day. Will it work for only 3 slides? What about 8 slides (potential max)?

this is useful on mobile devices.
You can change the color, it’s just few lines in style.css. The same for jump to top: add
id="jumptotop"to<body>and then add<a href="#jumptotop">Top</a>into footer.This layout is looks good in FF and IE9 . but in IE7 and IE8 , seems messed up. Could u let me know a fix for this?

unfortunately this theme doesn’t support IE7 , but supports IE8 . You need to make sure Compatibility Mode is turned off, though.

I was expecting to have a PHP / Ajax working contact form when I bought this theme, maybe because there are other themes in this website that include it without saying it so in the description of the theme. Would that be possible? Thanks!

there is AJAX contact form included in this template. Look into documentation and contact.php file. If you want to use multiple images, please send me an email.
