All I am getting when i create a project, assign a user (super admin) and my client “nyancat” I only see a Page Not Found error. Would appreciate any help…
Hello – Sorry that I missed this comment earlier. I’d check that your Permalinks are setup like the documentation suggests and if that is of no help, feel free to email me with more info and either screenshots or admin login info to the site and I’d be happy to troubleshoot that for you and get it corrected.

I believe that you may be using the Client’s page incorrectly. Take a look at how it’s setup in the demo, where people access client profiles by clicking the listing on the client’s page versus directly going to the page itself. If that doesn’t help, feel free to email me with more info and either screenshots or admin login info (probably the later if checking the demo doesn’t help you solve it ) to the site and I’d be happy to troubleshoot that for you and get it corrected.

So long as your server/host is set up to run Wordpress, this theme will work

It seems that a lot of the questions I get from users here and off site revolve around setup. This to me means that I need to make the documentation a bit clearer. I will have a teammate take a look at that and provide some demo video of setup so that we can record how easy the setup is in a visual way since the text/screenshots in the documentation may not be enough.

I have purchased this template and have some troubles/question.
1. How do the Enable/Disable Randomized Passwords works? I have enabled it and try to add new user, then I don’t know what I have to do with the user to login. How they get their password?
2. I have a project team page with staf page template, but it keeps blank. Just the title which shown (There are 2 users on the site). How do I fix this?

Though I got your email I figured I’d respond here in case anyone else sees this:
The answer to your first question is that the randomized passwords are sent to the user. You can reset (but not see the current password) as an admin in the Admin Panel of Wordpress as a standard.
The answer to the second is that you might want to have a look at the settings of the page, making sure that the correct page template and page settings are listed. If so, or you cannot figure it out, feel free to email me though I may need access into your site to see how you’ve got it configured. It is however, just a matter of getting the right configuration so you may try playing with the page settings as I’m not sure what they’re currently set to for you.

Yes – there was an update. It was not an addition of new features or a change in design. But it did address a couple of bugs that users were reporting.
