Prometheus - A Responsive e-Commerce Theme

I sent an email requesting support a few days ago and haven’t heard back.

I don’t have any problems with the theme except that the menus do not show. When I set them on the back end and the page updates, it goes back to no menus. Any ideas?

COUPON : I need to put “0” amount in my coupon discount, because i allready made a discount in the product. How can the coupon accept this “0” in the amount field or cancel that field as required?

Everything is working fine with the theme apart from the way is formatting my products, if you look at the following http://www.barbarellas.org/shop-2/ you will see my problem.

It is displaying 3 products on one line then 1 then 3 and so on.

Is it possible to connect the portfolio items to the same items in the shop, if I duplicate the items? So if I click a portfolio item, it opens a item in the shop instead of full screen view of the portfolio item? And is it easy to set a different height of the slideshow?

I really like your theme. But I have a problem with the basket (on iPhone only). Cause of the responsiveness of the theme, I’m not able to scroll horizontally – therefore, I can’t modify the amount of items in the basket (function is hidden).

I have a few questions regarind it. This cart can have these features:?

1. Easy adding products with many images. One main image and others (5 images) as a mini gallery

2. Produse similare / din aceeasi categorie / cine a cumparat acest produs a mai cumparat si…, top 10 produse vandute (cu posibilitatea de management)

3. Top 10 products sold by the store (this feature to be edited by the webmaster – yes you may say that this is not correct but we want to influience the sales editing the top ten).

4. Similar products. Who puchased the produc X also purchased the produc Y and Z

5. Products tag

6. Product description

7. Other product features. Like: T-shirt with different colours, sizes, cotton or sintetic, etc

8. Changind the product colour with simple click on the palette with other colours

9. SEO firendly

10. A product to be a part of at least two categories

11. NEXT and PREVIOUS product navigation buttons when visualise a product.

12. recent visualised products

13.Side bar filtering products (example: price range, colours, or other feature)

14. First page product listing

15. Discounts on first page

Hi, I have purchased theme. Have installed Jigoshop, but it’s the latest version. There are some formatting issues…. double up on product headings as example. Should I uninstall and reinstall Jigoshop V 1 .0? If so how can I get V 1 .0? Jigoshop seems to only offer JigoShop 1.3.1…

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the responsiveness for iPhones? My title runs into other font when viewing off an iPhone, was thinking this may help?! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

I have always the same problem with the FlexSlider and Tinthumb. I think it comes from these lines of code:

Hello Alex, thank you for this theme! I have the problem that all Thumbnails are blurry if iam using woocoomerce. Do you have a workaround for this isssue…or do you know what to do ?

hey mate, really like the look of your theme. One quick question, can Items be added to a cart, but then sent off for a quote, rather than proceeding through the checkout system? I need to build a site for clients to browse and requests quotes on items for. Being able to select quantities would be handy too.

I seem to be having a problem with the add to cart & + / – cart buttons not showing up – I updated to the most recent version of both wordpress and jigoshop, it worked for a day but after a major sale, customers lost the ability to add variable products because of this issue. If you are familiar with this type of error please share any information on how to fix it as having the site down as it is now is a very major loss of income for my client and could potentially lose the account for me.
