Hello I have a problem and might please you can help me. I installed the theme on my website and everything looks perfect in Safari and Chrome but in Explorer and Firefox does not load the browser and disengages all. Why can it be? my site is www.citymadridtour.com

It looks liek there can be a problem with content or script you added. Check, if all tags are properly closed and check your facebook widget code.

Hey MNKY ,

It seems the submenu is not clickable when I move the main menu bar down to the bottom of the header with say -10px. It looks like it may just be a spacing problem between the main menu and submenu.

Where can I reduce the space between the two?

You can try moving submenu up by changing margins #horiz_m .slidemenu ul li ul in style.css

I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the size of the textarea for a form. Something like <textarea rows=”2” cols=”30”> for the shortcode. I tried that but it doesn’t let me change it. Thanks

Encountered problem with tabs.

If more than one instance of tabs is used on a page, and the top most tab has more tabs than the bottom instances, the content of the top tab gets added to bottom instances.

Anyway to fix this?

Simple to test:

Currently when we create a HREF link to download a PDF file, the theme forces a “document viewing screen”. However, we would like to bypass this feature so the browser will download the file normally without this feature.

Hi I am unable to add a custom header image to any of my pages. I can choose the file and the url displays, but when I update the page, the url disappears. You can try it like this:

<img style="margin-bottom:-5px;" src="..." alt="" />

Do not specify width or height, so phone will resize it as 100%.

Hello,

You just should select content to be kept in moover settings. Then ininstall the plugin and install the new verion of the moover.

I don’t see the option to keep the moover settings . I only see the ‘permissions’ option. And where could i get the new version of the moover? This moover plugin isn’t showing in my plugins list eigther. So I couldn’t uninstall it if I wanted too.

Ok. Disregard my last post. I got the new moover. I think the moover that is installed in the wordpress theme I purchased from you, was embedded. No? Can I install the new moover over the embedded moover whitout loosing the data? I don’t have the option to save the data before update, as stated in the moover manual.

Another question. Can I install the new version of your promotion theme over the old version without loosing al the current data on the site?

If you have version with integrated moover, then update will probably delete slides, but other content will be kept. You might have to set menu and widgets once again.

To update delete old theme and just install new one and press Reload XML in theme options.

Very minor issue we can’t track down….on our “homepage” footer. And only on the homepage we’re getting the following open comment tag after the footer:

We have not modified any of the theme .php pages, and we’ve looked thru most of them but can’t figure out where that open comment is coming from. Can you help? Its driving us nuts! Even if we switch what page we want the home page to be, it doesn’t go away. And it doesn’t occur in any other pages? Just the home page. Any ideas?
