Also you may consider adding a “Don’t use item preview for mobile view” feature. That because when I tested this theme in mobile view on a HTC mobile phone the portfolio item preview was almost completely transparent… On my Galaxy S2, everything was fine.
Careful with this theme. The implemented portfolio have serious problems, you need like 3 clicks to get to the full image. There is no option to get the full image here: http://preview.ait-themes.com/index.php?bartype=desktop&theme=prospector The image there is always cropped, you can’t notice on the preview because all the example images on the preview are fitted to that size, but if your image is larger it will be cropped.
The support is poor and some users asked to get this fixed, but the author won’t fix this usability problem, and he won’t update the theme with improvements, just error fixes.
I bought the theme and I’m using it, but I got rid of the included portfolio system due to these serious usability problems.
Timthumb is croping images to fit into design. If you’d like to reduce number of clicks, you can do it via setting in admin panel directly.
