I have this theme since 2009. Recently host changed server and the slider stopped working. Any ideas? Do I need to ask fro special permission for the script to work?

I’ve got your email. It strange because jQuery library doesn’t load on your wordpress. Try adding
<?php wp_enqueue_script('jquery'); ?>
before
<?php wp_head(); ?>in header.php and let me know if that helps.

I’m not sure why the library would not load, it must be a server setting as the theme loads fine on other server.

What does the “client area” section give access to? Is there a more detailed description of this feature?

Hi, it’s just a form to login to wp-admin from front-page, but can be changed for 3rd party application

I’ve send update of theme with new cufon, but it’s waiting for approval. You can do it yourself, by copying http://cufon.shoqolate.com/js/cufon-yui.js?v=1.09i to /js/cufon-yui.js in theme folder.
What do you mean by SSL ? I don’t think it’s theme related issue.
