Hi, I am receiving the following error when adding more than 6 or more entries to the bridesmaids and groomsmen widget: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/qaween/includes/widgets/warrior-bridesmaid-groomsmen.php on line 77. If I change the widget setting to 5 it works without any issues. Could you please let me know how to fix this as I currently have that big error message inbetween my 5th and 6th bridesmaid. Thank you :)

Hi,

I can’t seem to replicate the issue you’re having. Have you tried to using Qaween’s latest version?

Hi, I am using the latest version of Qaween. If I only add 5 to the widget then there is no error -only once I add the 6th one.

Hi,

Are you using the Warrior Couple Tweets widget? If so, make sure you fill all of the fields in the widget setting.

Hello, is there a demo content to import?

Hi,

Not at the moment.

Hi I have implemented Qaween and found everything to be easy to use so far. The only thing I’m struggling with is adding child pages to the menu. I am able to add the child pages but they do not list in a drop down when hovering over the parent page in the menu. Also, when opening the parent page there is no content or anyway to access the child pages.

I have also found that the menu is not responsive when viewing the site on a smart phone such as an iphone.

Please could you help,

Regards, Nic

Hi,

You need to arrange the menus from Appearance > Menus page.

Hi,

I have 2 request regarding the slider and the wedding dat on it:

I would like to put the date on the slider as a french date putting : 16-17 Octobre 2015 instead of October 17th 2015.

I would like also to take down this wedding date on the slider instead of being in the middle.

Thank you

Hi,

You can change the date language from Settings > General > Site Language.

Regarding moving down the wedding date to another location it’s beyond our support policy.

Hi,

The setting is already in french and the date stay October 17th 2015 The date is also set in the settings in a french way

How can you put 2 dates ? 16 and 17th of October 2015

Hi,

If you set it correctly the date should have change to French. Here’s the screenshot we took from our dev site when we changed the site language to French https://www.evernote.com/l/APS5RQ5KYd1PCIO5BamMM0oxfZn8PkDYFcM

Anyway, what Qaween version currently running in your site?

I am struggling to set up the Guestbook section of the website. How do I link the guestbook (which is supported through Form 7) and appear on a web page?

I solve the issue. However – I can’t seem to edit the Form field boxes. They appear on my website as the default option even though I have modified the Guestbook Form. Any idea on a solution? Thanks

Hi,

Guestbook fields aren’t editable, they are using the same fields as WordPress comment.

Hi, do you have russian version of theme QAWEEN or is it translation ready?

— Best regards, Nataly

Hi,

No, but it’s already translation ready.

Hi! Re-uploading the theme seemed to fix the event date area but now I’m getting this error in the Wedding Party section—>

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/54/9418554/html/wedding/wp-content/themes/qaween/includes/widgets/warrior-bridesmaid-groomsmen.php on line 77

**nevermind! adding categories fixed this issue!

Hi,

Glad you managed to solved it.

I have strange issue about Redux Framework. When I saving or reset “Theme options”, it always return alert “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.”. Firefox debug console show ‘POST admin-ajax.php 302 found’ then redirect to homepage.

Hi,

Glad you managed to solved the issue.

I’m assuming this is compatible with WP 4.2.3 as the last update shows June 2015, please confirm. Also, how easy is it to add a background music?

Hi,

Yes, it is compatible with WordPress 4.2.3 I’m sorry but it doesn’t support background music but maybe you can find a 3rd party plugin for it.

Hi, I can’t seem to figure out how to put an image with the events. Any tips? Sorry for the daft question!

Hi,

You just need to set featured image for the event.

Hello, How can I change the rsvp form header text color? I saw in previous comments last year, you mentioned you would be fixing that in a future update but I cannot figure out where or how to change that.

If I change the rsvp form background and rsvp background to transparent so I can use an image background, the dark gray header text on the form is impossible to read. “RSVP Text Color” does not change it.

Thanks, Mike

Hi,

We decided not to make the changes because it will make the theme options more bloated.

To change the color simply go to Theme Optionss > Appearance > Custom CSS Codes then paste this code:

#rsvp .section-heading h2 { color: #ffffff; }

The above code will make the heading text color becomes white.

Hi,

How do I Reduce the size of the background for the menu on this theme? And, how do I change the font? Love the theme! Just trying to make it work!

Thanks

Hi.

What do you mean “background for the menu”?

Hello! I’d like to know if it’s possible to change the language on the clock countdown, and i also seem to be unable to find where to modify the footer content.

Thanks! Julian

Hi,

You can modify the countdown language from /qaween/js/jquery.countdown.min.js file

You can modify the footer content from /qaween/footer.php file.

I’m also having a bug with the submit button of the RSVP form. All the styling disappears and you only see a white rectangle with rounded corners, and only when i hover over it, it appears styled as the theme is styling it. Please advice on these matters.

Cheers! Julian

Hello..? Is there another way to get support for your theme? Thanks!

Hi,

Make sure you follow the guideline from the default RSVP form. Make sure all the required div and class name are intact.

Hello,

I have written a couple of comments asking some questions on things i’m having trouble with. Can you please provide an answer to these matters?

Thank you, Julian

Hi,

We’ve replied to your previous comments.

When setting a featured image for an accommodation, the images look great in the accommodation portion of the homepage, but on the actual accommodation page, they are massive. Is there a way to reduce the featured image sizes for each post on the accommodation page so that they more closely resemble the size/quality I see on the homepage?

Dear developer, I began using this theme for my wedding in version 4.3, recently launched by Wordpress and Guest Book page doesn’t work. In one virtual machine I installed one version below that, in the case, 4.2.4 and it worked very well. Can you help me, please?

Hi,

did you see any error? Because it’s working just fine in our dev site.

Man, I solved the problem. I enabled the option “Allowed comments in this page”. I was very sad because I though install everything again, but forget it.
