I have purchased this theme. But can’t get it installed. How am I supposed to install it? I mean, I can’t find “Qreator” folder. You mean, “qreator” with small case?
Yes, you need to use “qreator”.
Actually there’s a detailed documentation in the theme archive. You can easily elaborate your site after studying our “How to”. It’s the index.html file in the \DOCS\ folder.
Open it with your browser.
Is UberMenu compatible with this theme?
I’m sorry, but we haven’t made such tests and can neither confirm nor deny, that our theme would work properly with UberMenu.

I have a problem with WP 3.5. Page editor’s button seem not compatible. I test it with Twenty Twelve and editor work perfect.

Please, make sure that your theme is up to date.It should be 2.1.
To update the theme, please, follow to your Downloads tab on Themeforest and click “download”. Then follow to the Fix_1.3 folder and open README.txt, you’ll find the instruction on update there. Basically you should replace some files at your server. But please, make a backup beforehand – just in case.

Hi! I have a question. Can I remove the “featured image” from the blog post? I need it in the preview, but when I view the full blog post, don’t. In your other theme Clockstone I can set the option and it doesn’t show, in this theme do I have that option?

Unfortunately it’s impossible for the blog posts to delete the featured image from the content. But when you use the Image Post format – you’ll get only one image in the post – the featured one. Also you can use a Project cover format to display portfolio items without featured images.

To add a tooltip to the image, please, follow to Advanced settings and type in the CSS class: link_tooltip.

We haven’t made any tests and can neither confirm nor deny, that Qreator WP theme would work properly with any plugin, except of WordPress Importer or Contact Form 7 (which are 100% compatible). And as it might been known, we don’t guarantee compatibility with additional plugins for Qreator.
If you’d like to have a plugin-compatible theme, we advice you to buy Roundone WP theme or more recent themes by cmsmasters – they supposed to work fine with most popular plugins.
As about videos – Qreator allows to add video to the slider or set as a featured one to the project/post, you may also use an external or internal link and add video to your content area, etc.
Roundone theme may suit you even more, as it’s so fast and light. But, as you see, it has no Slider. One more plus is the online documentation which comes with Roundone – http://roundone-docs.cmsmasters.net/

What version have you been using? Is it the recent one 2.2? If not, please, update the theme.
To update your theme, please, go to Downloads tab at your Themeforest account and download fresh theme archive. Remember, you should make a backup of your theme before make any changes.
Then upload all the fixed files, just as said in our README (Main theme folder > Fix 2.2 > README):
To update your theme simply copy “qreator” folder from Fix 2.2 to your server “wp-content/themes/” and replace existing files
The settings should not be affected unless you have changed style.css (i.e. made some deep customization). In this case you may try to copy changed code to the updated style.css and then upload it to your server.

I installed the lastest version but when I go to Appearance >> Themes it still shows that it’s version 1.8 in the thumbnail of the theme. Is this correct? Is the thumbnail just not updated? I moved all files so it really should be updated. Please advise.

Is there a way to have the theme be wider (about 1100px) but still responsive? I had it running wider using CSS and all was fine but then the mobile view didn’t work at all. Can you please advise on this as soon as possible? Thank you!

You should know that providing help for the customers who modified our theme code is beyond our support policy. We assist our customers within reasonable limits, which covers our theme functionality, and don’t provide instructions/advices on deep customization (i.e. changing theme code, adding/deleting features, etc.). It’s assumed that if someone makes changes in the code – he has all necessary skills and is responsible for the consequences of his modifications.
However you can try to ask our support guys to help you to configure your site if possible. Can’t give you guarantees – they are extremely overloaded. But at least they can point you in a right direction.
All you have to do is just create a personal support ticket, describe what you’re about to implement in more details, provide your wp-admin and FTP credentials, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I just purchased this theme and had a couple, what I thought were small, issues with is. Throughout this forum they encourage you to direct your technical support issues through the appropriate channel, which includes referring the documentation and combing this forum for a resolution. I did both of these things, properly, and I haven’t received a response from the developers, CMSMASTERS.
It doesn’t really matter what the issue was, there is no support here or with the developers. I am requesting my money back, which I’m sure will be refused, then buying a new theme.
It’s a nice theme, but take it as it is. There is no support.
PS – If the developers try to save face by responding to this public post after I’ve already gone through the appropriate private channels with you, it’s too late.

Hi cmsmasters, Thanks for the help, i have solved the issue my self ^^
I want to remove/hide the qreator options from the toolbar (the top bar) because editor users should not be able to click on them. I’ve been searching for a day but can’t seem to find where to edit the code. I have a plugin installed that hides the toolbar but now qreator links are still there.

One bug which is VERY VERY annoying is that the setting in Styling Options reset by themselves RANDOMLY whenever I open the settings screen anew, after saving everything and closing out of the screen.
Please provide a resolution or work around.

I bought the theme and downloaded it on 4/11/13, so it must be the most recent version. What happens is if I choose options in the Styling Options for the header and slider , specifically the Fill Color, save, close screen and the return to change something like a font or header construction, the Fill Color of header ad slider reverts to black on its own.
Other than this, the theme is GREAT! and really great to work with. =)
